    Hi all

    Did my final weigh in for April and the new regime I have started seems to be working 2lbs off - it's only 2lbs for the whole of the year but at least I now seem to be going in the right direction.

    Have been really good having brekkie each morning and have also tried to cut down on lunches out and takeaway sandwiches. Had lunch with a friend on Wednesday and instead of having tea at night I just had a salad wrap.

    Anyway off to menu plan for next week and to join the May thread. see you all there.

    Hi everyone,
    I have been having internet problems so haven´t been able to post. Since then I have lost just under a pound so almost 3lb loss for me this month, my best month so far since starting the challenge.
    Have a good weekend and I look forward to reading your posts in May.

    we are getting ready to move house so im afraid i have been awol, will hopefully try and get back into swing o things next month, hoping all the stress might help me shift a cple pounds lol

    Target weight 10st current weight - -10 st 7lb
    Aim to be debt free by Jan 2013! not now just bought a house:D

    Hi All,
    Summoned up the courage to weigh myself yesterday and can post a 2lb loss for April overall (dropped another 1lb this week), phew! 2lb is better than nothing I suppose but the Easter chocolate binge really set me back. Ahh well, onto May and a better weight loss :)
