Still only lost 1lb for April, doh! Am finding that when I come home from work tired (which has happened a lot lately), I eat loads.

Looking to get back on the horse now as I have an op scheduled for the 19th May which I really want to have lost 2 stone by the time I see my consultant again, so he won't be able to moan at me too much!!!

    Take care everyone.

At least you've lost 1lb, keep focused on the positive!!! :T:T

Tara, that sounds really positive! Have you thought about measuring as well as weighing-if you're toning up, you might see a difference on the tape measure even if you don't see one on the scales. :D

Good luck to all those who haven't weighed yet too!

Well I've lost another 3lbs this week, which I'm pleased with. I've done much less exercise in terms of the wii, but have been trampolining and maybe that's helped. I've still got LOADS to go and can't afford to slip up at all between now and the hol in August or I'll be hiding indoors while hubby and the little fella strut their stuff in the pools! I'm glad I've managed to salvage a 6lbs loss for April though, despite my Easter choccie blip! :o

Thanks all so much for the support on here-I honestly do feel it's helping me to keep going-God knows I've tried over the past few years and never stuck at it so I'm so chuffed I've found the motivation and encouragement on here to spur me on!

Thanks. Yes, I might try measuring as I want something to spur me on!! My legs are noticeably different already after just 4 PP sessions, probably only noticeable to me (lol) but anyway. I can definitely see a difference. :T

Well done on your 3lb loss, wow, that's amazing!!!!!!! :j:j:j I'm glad you find this thread so motivating - I do too, even though I have had to overcome my own demons regarding chocolate and whatnot. Not even the power of this thread can do that for me!! :o

    Well Done Vicster, Thats Brilliant!!!!

I want Just Dance, does it leave you feeling out of breath?

Hey newbeginning, Just Dance does leave me a out of breath and sweaty but I'm hugely unfit so I suppose it would depend on how fit you are? You can do some 'leg' moves to go with the hand movements iyswim which I can't do at the mo...too un co-ordinated! It really is a fun game though! hth!

You sounded so positive before weighing in, and you've been sooooo good, I've been reading your chocolate thread!!!

Maybe it's more muscle??? You have been doing the Power Plate so muscle could be a big part of the reason maybe.

Big Hugs though honey - I still haven't dared weigh in this week.
