Lost could you not try riding side saddle? Do ladies still do that, or does that just show how little I know about riding!
I have thought about it, and yes they do. It might be worth trying. The thing is side saddles tend to be a litle heavier than normal saddles, and so certainly not now! It might be an option for the future.
Stupidly I sold a side saddle years ago....0 -
Hi all. I'm sneaking back in with my head down cos I forgot to update my progress last Wed and then again yesterday!!!
Anway, last week had 2 1/2 lbs off and then yesterday another 2 1/2 lbs off. So 5 in total! Cant believe it as I was certainly not good over either of the weeks. Ok I do run a lot so that helps of course but I also eat A LOT. I suppose that is the beauty of SW. I simply cannot believe how much I can eat and still lose weight! Anyway, who am I to argue?
Had a run this morning, just finished breakfast of scanbran cake, fruit and muller light. Lunch will be bacon with pasta, dinner is SW chicken kievs with greek salad - yum yum pigs bum!!0 -

Well done you, that's fab! :T. You must be so chuffed!I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul, I want you to notice when I'm not around0 -
Oh forgot to mention, I've started working out a menu plan today for next week so I can hopefully stay within points. I've left a few extra points over for 'emergencies' :rotfl:. Hoping it will work as I don't really like planning ahead! Too impulsive...perhaps that's my problem! :rotfl:I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul, I want you to notice when I'm not around0

Hi everyone, bit of an up and down day today. Back to work after a week off, walked to work which is reallly good for me as it is 30 mins up hill and there is a free bus that would take me door to door if I chose to take it!!!
Had one slice of whole meal toast and a third of a tin of beans for my breakfast, 3 chocolates that some evil person brought into work mid morning (I was hungry though but probably not for chocolate if I had really thought about it!) and then a sandwich and some crisps for lunch (again I had just brought the sandwich to work and then someone brought us somecrisps in!), so the up is I got more excersise than usual and the down is I have not eaten very well!!
I am going to try and have something super healthy for tea tonight, like fish and veg or something as at the mo I am feeling pretty stodgy!!
Hope everyone is doing ok today xxx0 -

had a sneaky weigh in this morning and I stayed the same. Can't beleive it four months in a row and I am going to stay the same. Its my TOTM at the moment so it may be that but I was hoping to have lost a couple of pounds. I cannot fit into any of my summer clothes and am already feeling despondent about the summer coming.
Need to give myself a good hard kick up the a**e and really apply myself. So from today no more lunches out, sandwich shops or takeaways until I have lost 1 stone!!!! To be honest I only do these maybe twice a month each but nonetheless they will be stopped. I will also commit to eating breakfast at home everyday and not grabbing a snack when I get to work. I have a full box of meusli in the cupboard which hasn't been opened to will start that. Don't understand why I find these two things so difficult as I make DS a packed lunch for school every day and make him eat breakfast so why I am I so bad to myself
Anyway onwards and downwards and enough waffling.0
