Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Well I feel like I have made a decent start today, I have been off work with a Kidney infection for the last week so have been invariably lazy (although probably ate less to which is good) and today was may first day of feeling good again so I took a walk into the village and then mowed both the front and back lawn. I have eaten quite healthily too with no snacking so not so bad!
We have also just booked our summer holiday at the end of June so that is something good to work towards.
Thanks for all your inspirational posts everyone, I really enjoy reading!

Thanks Alex, I'm planning on losing what I'm probably going to gain on holiday first!
I'd like to lose another 4 pounds and then maintain that. Which will put me back to my pre pregnancy regular weight which I stayed at pretty easily without dieting so hopefully that is the plan!

LOL, dont worry. In fact in someways I will, another thing both weekends have in common is that on both of them I sat on the horse. It could be that :( I'm trying to think about how I'd feel a bout a future where riding again was definitely not a possibilty...it wasn't then it was, then I had to stop again, and got the green light recently.

I think if its a ''no'' it will have pretty far reaching impact about how we live in the future TBH. I just...don't mentally feel at a place where I am prepared to be resigned to being fat and disabled and my life defined by that....:o:D

Oh LIR, I know how much you love animals and riding, so that must be a worry for you. I hope you will still be able to ride horses and lead the sort of life you want.

I've been very good this evening - got a craving for Nutella and then realised that I didn't really want it, it was just a false craving - so put it away. Go me!!!

Night night lovely ladies, sleep well xoxo

Lost could you not try riding side saddle? Do ladies still do that, or does that just show how little I know about riding!
