Well done to all the losers and stayed the samers particularly buyitall, that a fab loss, congrats!

Glad you are feeling happier too Tara :)

Sorry to hear of your diagnosis The Dragon, I hope there are things you can do to make yourself feel a bit better ?

Well, I had a really rubbish week this week, I had a bad, bad week at work (I hate customers!!!) and just stuffed my piggy little face! As a consequence I put on 5lbs  (I did eat a LOT). Still, at least I know it's emotional eating and close to TOTM (chocolate!). So I'll be back on the wagon and tracking points carefully as from tomorrow! Onwards and downwards!
I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul, I want you to notice when I'm not around

Well done newbeginning!

I have been sooo bad today, I've eaten several (OK ten) biscuits, probably just feeling sorry for myself because I gained weight. I really need to stop now and limit the damage...

Oh Tara - I know that feeling, 'I've had 2, I might as well have a couple more and then I can start again tomorrow!'

If you've been exercising/power plate then it could be muscle gain? Or maybe even water?

Hi all,

Well done to the losers and the STSers! For those who've been disappointed, just keep cracking on...start again and you can get there!

I'm pleased today, I've lost another 3lbs, so that's 1st 5lbs now in total since the beginning of March! I still have loads to go, but I'm happy with how I'm going so far.

Chin up everyone!

Thanks. I know, you're probably right. I have put away the biscuits anyway! Emotional eating is so tricky...

It is Tara. I'm just tucking into a weight watchers carrot cake slice with my brew. I'm not doing WW as you know, but at 0.2 grams of fat per slice they are great for times like this when I need a sweetness fix! :D

I've been Money Tipped!
Weirdly, cooking is really helping me. I've been reading recipes and planning and baking since the weekend and it really helps me focus.

I think I might get this wii thingy.
