I'm sorry I haven't been around for the last week - but well done all the losers (and welcome to the new faces - I'm glad others welcomed you to the group
)
CFS is indeed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I have spent the last week either sleeping (well trying to sleep - one of the effects is that you are shattered but can't sleep!) or playing computer games because I can't do anything else (which also means no eating so yeppers my weight went back up this week )
Does anyone have any objections to me starting the loss list again with next month? (and I need help thinking of a catchy title for May!)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Utterly demoralised - I seem to have gained 5lb since last month. Still haven't eaten all the chocolate as I thought I was being "good". Obviously not <sigh>.0

Hi all, sorry I went missing, haven't weighed myself for a while but plan to weigh in tomorrow, not expecting much though as the kids have been off school and it all goes to pot when they're around!! Have been good today though so fingers crossed for tomorrow0

Good to see you again Dragon!!! :j Hope you manage to get the rest and the food that you need (come on girl, you have to eat!).
I have very positive things to report! I have been cycling and walking today, and went on the PowerPlate as well! I feel goo-ood! :T:T:T My legs are like jelly from the PP, but in a good way.Strange how a few days of sunshine and sustained exercise can motivate me. Anyway, I forgot to WI this morning (honestly - but maybe it was my subconscious fear of Monday WIs lol) but will do it tomorrow.
Good luck for tomorrow newbeginning!
Amanita, don't get too down about it, you can turn things around xo

Hi everyone
Gained the courage to weigh in on Saturday, and I have managed to lose 1lb :j. Very very happy with that as I must have put on at least 2 pounds in the 2 week birthday/easter disaster. Just need to keep it up now. Pleased to see others doing well too, and to see Dragon too. How did the CFS diagnosis come about? I'm a closet hyprochondriac who keeps tying to come up with reason's why I'm always knackered. Do you take drugs for it or is it managed in other ways?
I haven't paid too much attention to titles in the past but have you had melting or majicking away 7lbs in May?
Speak soon

Oooh, good title.
Well done on the loss btw!! :Tlostinrates wrote: »Well, nothings changed for me.

Oh (((hugs))) LIR, I know how you are feeling as I have been there for most of the last 14 months. And strangely, the lowest point for me has been recently, which I think has acted as a catalyst for me to boot myself up the bum. This could be a turning point for you. Look on the bright side too, at least you are sts and not gaining. Can you try to shake up your eating/exercise habits?
poppy_f1, at least you know why you gained 1lb, that is half the battle!!!Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

I have lost 5 lbs this week, but that's after finding myself at an all-time high last week (although I am chuffed to bits at the loss, I am still 3 lbs heavier than I was at the start of the March challenge!). I have joined WeightWatchers, as I just wasn't being disciplined enough on my own. I do feel that I have had a bit of a lightbulb moment, and actually do want to be slim more than I want the choc/wine/crisps at the mo - long may it last! have done a couple of runs and been to the gym a couple of times too - Powerplate makes me feel sick though, I feel like my brain is vibrating inside my head!! Well done all the losers and stay-the-samers xx0

Wow well done on the 5lbs buyitall!!! :T I like your motivational LBM too, what a great mindset to be in.
LOL at the PP making your brain vibrate!! I just found it highly amusing watching my thighs wobble like jelly in the mirror! A tip: bend your legs ever so slightly, then your legs will take all the vibrations and your upper body won't feel it so much.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
