Hi everyone
I've been lurking for the last 2 weeks, reading everyone's posts with envy and hiding with my face stuffed full of cake
I'm trying to get back on track at the moment, but feeling sorry for myself with a bad cold and I'm popping strepsils like they're sweets. I have been sticking pretty much to my meal plan (I'm doing Gillian McKeith's ultimate health plan) but last night I had 3 slices of toast that I wasn't hungry for and didn't even want . I've put my hypnosis cd on my ipod again so hopefully that will encourage me to listen every night, I need to break this destructive pattern of eating foods that I know make me fat, and even wrose make me feel rubbish.
I will stick to plan for the rest of the week and hopefully will have the courage to weigh in on Saturday morning, will be back with a damage report.
You've all been inspiring me to start again, and I'm planning not to fall off the face of the earth again, looking forward to getting to know you all beter.
Thanks
Katrina

Good morning all!!
How are you all today?? Sunshine's back in bonny Scotland!! :T Always makes the world seem like a better place!
Bit of a mixed day for me yesterday, was meeting a friend for lunch so planned a restaurant that would let me stay on the SW plan (Nando's), got there and none of their grills were working properly - so the only thing they really had was a chicken burger!I then sabotaged my self by having a bowl of Crunchie nut cornflakes before going to bed (I was actually pretty hungry, and really wanted some chocolate - from a psychological point of view I'm trying to avoid chocolate altogether!)
Exercise wise, I didn't go running, I went for a 4 mile brisk walk instead!
Anyway - hope you all had a better day than me!
xx
PS According to the Wii fit I've lost 2lbs since Monday??? I'm sceptical, but I'll see what it says come next Monday morning at my official weigh in!!0 -
I really, really want a wiifit. :(people seem to do really well with them.0

good morning all! such a beautiful day here too! looking down to the beach and the sea is a gorgeous aqua colour! I want to be outside instead of stuck inside! must go for a walk at lunch.
Having a good week so far. craving chocolate but i've found some fab chocolate flavoured custard pots which hit the spot quite nicely instead!
welcome treeny_bash! good luck0 -

Lol - I haven't actually been doing any "wii-fitting", I'm just using them as scales because OH won't let me have any proper ones in the house!I'm thinking they might just be being a bit generous - I can't see I'd have lost that in 2 days - I should take my own advice and put them on a firm surface!!

I've lost a pound this week which has been another one of eating too much food that I shouldn't ahh well. I should have known that this month was going to be a tricky one when I set the target, I think I'll be lucky to lose 2 pound in total this month!
That makes my total so far this month 1/2 pound lost.0 -
Apparently i've put on 2lbs since OH got back. Can't have actually put on that much but im feeling a bit crappy & bloated - body doesnt seem happy with going from mostly veg to stodgy stuff. I'm making us have plenty of veg tonight!
Ive only used my wii fit for weighing (and the football heading and table tilt games which arent very strenuous) for the last month or so.
I think i've got bored of my current exercise. Might try some new classes at the gym0 -
