Tara i tend to write down things regarding weight loss too and find even though it probably doesn't make much sense its still kind of theraputic.

I've gained and lost so far this month (so a sts for the month so far) but have had a sneaky peak and am hoping for a loss next weigh-in. I might end up with 5lbs loss in April if I'm really REALLY lucky :cool:.

I didn't do this challenge although i was lurking on it. managed to lose 12lb last month.
I find it hard to talk about diets for some reason but realising there are others out there going through it too makes it easier to blab on lol! just wish i hadn't been so resistant to taking the weight loss pill before now, its been the best thing i've done i think!
You are doing so well on your weight loss! (just read your sig) I think most people fluctuate through the month. keep on going0 -

Thanks! I just need to stay away from the chocolate eggs and nice restaurants and I'll be fine!You're doing really fab too. It's great to step on the scales and see it coming off isn't it? I'm not good at talking about weight loss either usually, but when I'm doing well I'm somehow happy to tell all and sundry! :rotfl:

Hi everyone
I'm feeling quite positive now, managed to stay fairly on plan since my last post, no more toast pigouts :cool: The other night I forgot to take my plan book home with me so couldn't make my scheduled tea of black bean soup. I really panicked but in the end made myself a yummy omelette with salad, and brought some soup from the freezer that I made months ago for liunch the next day. Sitting here eating leftover balck bean soup now, and it's so yummy, even though it looks a bit like diarrhorea
Hopefully my weigh in tomorrow will show a sts for the last 3 weeks rather than a gain, I'll be jumping on the ceiling if it's a loss. Good luck to everyone with those usual weekend tempations, luckily I've got a quiet one planned this week - thank god!

Hi all, my it's quiet in here!!
Well done to the losers and those who are exercising and eating well.
I feel like I am finally getting on track, have been cycling loads the last few days and walking as well. I also tried the Power Plate for the first time ever yesterday, all I can say is wow!!! It's really tightened up my leg muscles, I can feel the difference already. I'm going to go 3 times next week and see how I get on. Has anyone else tried it?
I went for a big hill walk this morning too so I am feeling very good. I have still been eating quite a bit but haven't been too bad... and the effects of the exercise are motivating me not to sabotage my efforts by overeating!
