The one thing I really like about following a plan is the lack of responsibility. Someone else decidng what I will eat and when. Tonight its cod. It should be eaten with broccoli, but I don't have any so I'm having spinach. If this makes the difference between losing weight/or not then I'll sit down and cry! But I doubt it will. I also ge a fruit yogurt and half a grapefruit. I think I might also be allowed a glass of tomato juice.
I couldn't feel less like having fish if I tried, in fact, I'd be chuffed wih just the yogurt and grapefruit. Or the tomato juice, with some worcestersauce in it.0 -

Thanks for the welcome dragon!
What is CFS? Hope it's nothing too serious!!
My first day on track is going okay - I've eaten an absolute TONNE of food, but it's all on plan so fingers crossed it works!
I didn't go to the gym though, the only class that was on was "extreme circuits" which sounded as though it would make me want to die! So I'm going to settle for a wee bit of Wii action instead!
Poshstock -I would go with the STS too, a positive frame of mind is half the battle in this weight loss m'larky, and nothing feels better than seeing those numbers going down!
Valentina - I got 6 Easter Eggs on Sunday - I suggested to OH that we give at least some them in to a childrens home or something (since he got the same again) - but he nearly had a heart attack! Instead they're sitting on display in the living room waving at me!! :EasterBun

That made me laugh! What a challenge that is for your willpower! I like the idea of giving them to a children´s home- I am sure there are several kids who never got any and would love one.0 -

Eeek, just noticed that you have to pay for that diet... is it bad that I am too stingy to pay for it without getting the equivalent in cashback from Quidco? :rotfl:
