  • Very, very quick update as I am about to leave work....

Estate agent has rang again and said that the potential viewer had rang back and asked what was the lowest price I would take :mad::mad:.....when she was told , the potential viewer then said that it was her brother that was going to buy it for her....then get this she said that she didn't think she would bother......:mad::mad: but on the other hand :j:j:j:j re-iterated to Estate Agent to take it off the market but then was told that she would still contact me with potential viewings until the 7 days had passed which is the notice required......

funnily enough they seem to be trying extra hard to sell it now.......

    Onwards and upwards...:):)

Oh my god how do you stay sane, I would have had a few strong words (and some) at the estate agent by now just for the roller-coaster you
    have been on

Bless your OH for his thoughts on it though
    Hope tea was good

So now I just need to keep going!
Nearly half way through the year and I'm still here :D
  • Some days I struggle to cope with the anxiety and constantly having the urge to run from things that I feel uncomfortable with....which lead to an increase in my medication last month, unfortunatley this hasn't settled down and the panic attacks are back more or less on a daily basis. :(:o

I am trying to stay focused and trying not to sweat the small stuff....plus I am burying myself in my work 'cos believe me my client's problems are a lot worse than mine...and I have choices where they don't have such luxury.

Got a big fat definate NO!! from one of my funding bids which I wasn't really surprised at as the application itself was diabolicial and that was from a Manager :o:o ...needless to say hopefully the next bid will be successful and I can continue with my work and still be employed....:)

I have given notice to my LHA and the kind woman :A has backdated it to the 28th March which will mean my tenancy officially finishes on the 24th of April but as their offices are closed until the 27th of April then as long as I hand my keys in by close of business then that should be okay :)
The kind lady also said that it wasn't my fault that their offices were closed due to the bank holiday so will not be charged another weeks rent :T:T plus this gives us an extra couple of days if its needed...so we are moving back in on Friday 22nd April :j:j:beer:
I was hoping for a NSD day today but am sure that as we have nearly run out of coffee then if OH hasn't gone and got some out of sheer desperation today  whilst I am at work then I will have to do the supermarket run this evening :( hate shopping. He could do it today but would be more expensive as he would need to pay for taxi each way, he doesn't drive a car, and on the bike its defo a no go....:)

Last night we decided about the colour schemes for each room and what we intended to do but as we have a budget of £200 then the wallpaper that we really truly liked whilst being at £50 per roll  plus we will need 3 rolls I cannot justify that amount of money for the bedroom. OH has said that we can have it, if we really want it but the :money:thinks defo no!! As this will pay for a helluva lot of paint and do so many more rooms.

Tomorrow will be a high spend day as need to get various decorating things for the 'new' house although have managed to get a discount voucher for 15% off...every little bit helps ....

enough of my rambling now off to catch up with the other diaries and then must get some work done !!

BF i read your posts over 2 weeks ago and forgot to subscribe. I could not find you at all.
You have been through so much and so inspirational how you have come through. I came out of a difficult relationship and sometimes feel like there is no escape from my ex. It was nice to read your posts and see how you have come out of it all.

    Thanks.

  • Welcome flee...

good on you for getting out of a difficult relationship....its often when we are in these type of relationships we just don't realise how difficult they are until we look back.

I wish that I had put more about what had happened during the time that i had kicked !!!!!! out - even when we had split he still tried to control who, what and where I went. But am free now...and it feels so wonderful...:j

I spent a lot of time soul searching, as at the time I felt guilty and very very ashamed :o as what 'I had allowed to happen' even though I knew it wasn't my fault and that I had no control or say over what happened, it didn't matter how nice I was to him he would still be abusive and hurt me, belittle me or just in general make my life a misery :(

For me meeting someone else was a big NO!! and a definate NO!! and just to make sure an even bigger NO!! but I think the fact that I had met my old boyfriend made it easier to start over again. We had chatted for 7 months before we actually met up for lunch then it was just like it was in the movies....where everyone else around us just disappeared and he was the boy that I fell in love with all those years ago :) and well the rest is history...:kisses2: although we have only been back together for 5 months we both know this is for keeps. Like the song goes...Teenage Dream by Katy Perry he is my missing puzzle piece....:):)

Hope everyone is having a lovely afternoon

    Bf xx
