    Awwwww BF very spooky eh?
It sounds like yous could make the house a home together for the both of you (how cheesy does that sound?) and definitely fill it with many new happy memories :)

Ahh what a lovely other half you have now!!
I think from what youy have said we could all get a vibe that you wanted to keep the house and I think that if your past strengths are anything to go by the flat was cheaper than a stay at
any fancy therapy centre !! and in such a short space of time you have become a new and positive person Hurrah
Onwards and upwards the sky is now your limit
P.S When's the virtual housewarming I have a very nice bottle of red put aside for just this sort of event :D

    Hey littleboots...:hello:

Nah it doesn't sound cheesy....but now that we have made that decision together I know its the right thing.... it will be for the first time in years that the house will be a home and that definatley will be filled with many happy memories...starting with a D.I.V.O.R.C.E. party  :rotfl:

We are officially moving back in on the weekend of the 22nd April 2011...seems ages off but we have things planned on each weekend for the next 2 weeks and then we have two weekends whereby we can paint the rooms that we want to change although its more just to freshen it up a bit...and we have to choose wallpaper for feature wall in the lounge etc...feels exciting choosing something together for our home....we can start to move 'stuff' in that we want to anytime as I already have the keys etc....:j:j

Plus if we move that particular weekend its a bank holiday so gives us more time to get everything sorted out and put away again....lol :) and then it is the bike rally the weekend after.....

Just wish that I hadn't been so hasty in giving all my garden furniture away and all my plants in tubs, bird table, water butt, the 2 compost bins, gas barbecue....garden figurines etc....lol oh well they are just stuff and I have something worth so much more....and that is happiness !! :T:T:T

I can feel your happiness :j I am so pleased for you and how exciting to be planning everything together. You will have to go to some car boot or garage sales and see if you can replace your garden stuff cheaply. :D

    Hey BF!!
I have just been catching up on your posts:)
You are so so strong and doing amazingly well, the moving into the house will be a fresh start for you and your OH and like littleboots said it is where you can make new exciting memories together. I am so pleased you have found someone you truly deserve, you have been through so much and are an amazing person to come through a violent relationship and get back your life.
It will be exciting decorating and hunting for bargains together!!!
    To the future!!:j

  • thank you to everyone for all the messages of support...

I have been missing for a few days as work has been pretty hectic with one thing and another.

Saturday we were recovering from a hangover so we just watched the rugby, ordered a takeaway and had an early night. NSD as OH paid for takeawy

Sunday we decided to take a drive as it was a nice day and spent it at a bike shop in Doncaster with me trying on what felt like 50 million bike jackets...and numerous helmets...result found a jacket whcih was a mans one, but fit really well and then the helmet which I have fallen in love with is black with a kinda outline of paisely which is in white but around that was fuschia pink dots... (I am a girl that does not do pink at all!!) and it had silver sparkly bits on it..proper girlie..lol
OH has agreed that as he is the motorbike nut then he would pay for all my gear...:j although we came away not buying anything but went online to see if we could find it cheaper (he's learning) which resulted in me getting some bike leather jeans for a £10 + £10 postage from ebay :T = result :) NSD for me.

Monday I went to HO and the other person who kinda took over my job when I went to my secondment has messed stuff up big time. I had to go through all the caseloads and advise my boss as to what I would have done...feel like I was doing a hatchet job to be honest :( and it really didnt sit comfortably...so spent all day there but it meant that I got to my lovely OH for lunch...not very MSE as I paid but was great to see him especially as we both work in the same city but have never had lunch together during our working week...only trouble is didn't want to go back to the office then :(

Tuesday I managed a NSD today. Went to 'new' house and noticed a couple of weeks ago that my hosepipe (hozelock in a reel) had gone, looked through the fence and my MIL has taken it  her hubby must have climbed over the 6ft fence to take it.:eek:...so I text her saying that I was going to jetwash the patio but noticed that the hose was in her garden....then I told her that we were moving back in :T.....she then text me back saying that she was glad that we were moving back in but the hose pipe was hers and I could borrow it if I wanted to :mad::mad: it is defo mine as my rottie chewed it ages ago....so I told her that I was going to do it at the weekend she never bothered to text me back....:(

Wednesday I managed another NSD as I was tied up all day in a conference. Had terrible tootache though and a banging headache.

Thursday woke up again with terrible toothache. Rang the dentist and managed to get emergency appointment, x-rays and  and thinks that it may be an infection under one of my crowns???..so antibiotics £16.50 + £7.20 for penicillin:eek: told to take them and see if it settles down and if not at checkup in May, need to assess whether to have new crown fitted...err £200 at least...omg !! Meeting again at work then catching up with cases as a result of missing yesterday with the conference.

OH rang me and asked me to go to his work but as I was having my hair cut straight from work so couldn't go it meant that I had to go back into City centre and I needed to go for some petrol :eek::eek::eek: £50.03 to fill up my car.........:( plus another £9.30 spent on my haircut - I only have a dry trim as it is always kept short...:):rotfl:

I pulled up outside his office block and he comes down clutching a dozen red roses :A:kisses2::blushing::iloveyou: and the leather trousers...so that was a lovely surprise...the even bigger surprise was that they actually fitted me :rotfl:

Friday :j weekend fast approaching its a lovely day:)

My best friend gets the keys to her new house today :T so we are helping her move in tomorrow...then out for a birthday celebration on Saturday night:beer::beer: OH pays when we go out....:A I am driving as on the antibiotics...:) but am sure we will all have a great time....

Moving back into mine on the 22nd/23rd April bank holiday weekend as I need to give 28 days notice to the LHA....cannot wait...

Hoping for another NSD today too and tomorrow...

Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend whatever you decide to do xx

  • aww thats a nice thought thank you :A

I tried on the ladies size 18's and they wouldn't fit :o:o and they didn't have any bigger sizes to try on :( , the mans one was a 48 inch chest but cos you could alter it on the waist and as I have quite long arms then they seemed the better fit....:j plus you could tighten the arms to a better fit too so at least all the armour was in the right place too...:rotfl:

I can't wait to get on the back of the bike with OH am really looking forwards to it...:j:j
