We have been told on the phone twice we have the ipod offer linked to our account. I also saved the chat window at the time saying they were in stock and we would get it. I also have the web page saved so they are not getting away with it lol! Its been 26 days now and counting!

Im on 42nd day since installation and nothing in the post yet!! Its getting close to them being in breach of this deal!

'Specific Performance' was quite a read.... had to go over it a few times.. informative though, thank you.

I sent an email but ultimately wound myself up just writing it so... picked up the phone and called customer services again.

In his words the advisor stated 'the gift can take up to 28 days to arrive from receipt of the first bill payment' when I said that today WAS the 28th day he just went silent and asked if I would mind being put on hold..... then when he came back he said, I can confirm your Ipod has been shipped out to you.... er.... like Im going to believe you as you wont put anything in writing, and how did he find out so fast, seems very dodgy!!
Nevermind, I got his name and staff number and told him that if had not been delivered by monday lunchtime then I would be calling him back!

I fear this is just another person involved now and the list of 'notes' on my account must be a hoot to read through! Anyways fingers crossed and to be honest Im starting to feel sorry for the people within skys complaints department as their company doesnt seem to be doing them any favours!

Got it, got it got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 Turned up 15 minutes ago. The m&s voucher was in the same padded envelope. No mains charger though.

Just been delivered- didnt need to make any phone calls or emails, so hopefully everyone's will turn up without issues!

I thought the offer was an Ipod touch for the referer and the vouchers were for the new customer?

Anyway i'm meant to be receiving the Ipod in about to weeks. How much are they going for on Ebay? cant look as i'm on a mobile. If not i'll sell to a mate. Unless the missus tries getting her hands on it ha ha
