No kids at school OH at work, he did stay longer this morning in case it got worse but it is high the numbers this morning for 2 reasons one is the amount purposely of sugar I ate before bed so I would not have another hypo in the night and 2 I have not had breakfast yet incase someone wants to help me and see me now and they can smell the breathe and see the sunken eyes and look at the pale ashen complexion and do something about it0 -
My little one is so distraught is non checking pocket mother washed his homework:rotfl: I had to do it on the comp, write a letter of apology and calm him down, he had 2 sets to be marked and one set to do, so I had to re do the 2 sets and we did the other together all printed off and I bagged up his wet homework also so the teacher could see it was me and not him, he didn't want to go to school because he thinks he will be in so much trouble, I also told my next door neighbour because she is a teacher in his school and showed her, poor kid:rotfl:0

My Sports Nutrition book recommends the following:
- Exercise
- Add muscle
- Eat small meals often through the day
- Get enough protein
- Eat a good breakfast
- Go for a walk after a meal
- Check portion sizes
Sticking to these guidelines as much as poss did wonders for me when I was trying to raise mine
İ do 4 or 5 work outs a week that involves plenty of cardio and swimming-i only do light weights to try burn fat --i eat a good breakfast of about 150 calories -olives and cheese--the other 2 meals i eat a day are small -fish or chicken for lunch and veggies for dinner--i cant see it all adding up to more than 800 calories --i am finding myself resorting to pushing in extra calories with nuts because i am just not hungry- my muscle is normal for my size and my metabolism needs 1693 to stand still--are nuts the right protein? and should i up the weights to build more muscle?
İ have stood still weight loss wise this week despite all the above but i feel much fitter and energized --i am starting the nuts to try gain calories!!--any suggested nuts to go for--i have saltless peanutsmfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0 -
Just realised I havn't posted my weight loss today! Happy to report a 2 lb loss!:j:j
We had our cavity wall insulation done on Thursday and I have been so hot since then. Can't figure out if its the walls or the warmer weather!:rotfl::rotfl:Or maybe me:o!
