  • Evening everyone

I am not having the best of weeks and have been trying to increase my daily calorie intake, the down side is I seem to have come to a bit of a slow down :( so not best pleased.

Anyway reporting a 1lb loss please fred

Need to start watching my fat intake again and have been eating too many eggs (not the chocolate kind!)

Glad you are back on track Eric :T how is the cold doing ?

Did you have a good look round Guildford while you were there Vix ? Although the drive sounded like enough excitement for you for 1 day :rotfl:

Hope you have a nice weekend BB

And Well done to all the losses this week everyone else

How come my daily drive to work doesn't do the same as Vix's - maybe just as well as I work with guys

I didnt know you were gay? Or maybe im reading this wrong. Some one told me a joke at work about how the apple have created a new product for a certain race called the iopener. Took me ages to work it out!!

HAHAHA! youre not gay. Im lost, surely feeling sexual and working with guys is a good thing? (just read your bit to dinah to find out you have a male partner.)

    ERIC: What do you drive?

SCARY: I think it had more to do with its look and power, and being a 10 plate whilst being a 1.8 with me behind the wheel, rather than being a vauxhall!

I think i need to take a cold shower, this is what ovulation does to me.

alliwantistosave - alot better thank you, the last stages of the sniffles now, i used the treadmill on tue but went at 80% what i normally do and i weight trained this morning but only did 2 sets instead of 3 and doubled the rest time

vixarooni - just a little VW golf, with 4 wheel drive and about 270-280bhp :p

PepPop - martial arts can be extremely good physical fitness training and should improve flexability, you could probably avoid all the "hitting" part of it. I would generally recomend Judo (none aggressive) for self defence for ladies or tai chi for the exercise which uses alot of the martial art forms and movements but in a "hippy" way ie no combat.

Well got round to jumping on the scales. They show me as an STS.Which I'm pleased with, but it would actually have been a loss if i had weighed in this morning. Hey ho, never mind.

Forgot to weigh myself so will have to go down as STS. Unfortunately not going to be able to weigh myself for the next two weeks but hopefully will be able to report a loss afterwards.
