Welcome to the thread Louise, good luck with your weight loss
Hope everyone's having a lovely Easter weekend so far!
Got my monthly weigh in on Sunday and it's going to be one of those that could go either way... don't like being so close to the top of my maintain range but my body just won't part with any fat :rotfl:.
I've just finished my 10 winter fitness/exercise targets, the main two are in my sig. I also set two new swimming distance PB's (110 and 120 x 25m lengths), and a variety of other stuff which I won't bore everyone with. Looking forward to getting started on my summer ones now.

We have been shopping all day today, oh to have pay day, OH calls it the millionaires weekend:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: we should have enough to see us for a while, made me laugh though in Sainsburys everyone was going mad in the easter egg aisle, they have been in the shops from the 1st jan and everyone is going mad today:rotfl:0

Victory it was madness in A5da too - they're only going to be closed on Sunday, not the whole week! Got plenty of sensible food in, am determined to have a loss to report in two weeks (unfortunately me sensible eating head is yet to kick in but it'll have no choice tomorrow - no junk available!)0

Oh my god i want a VW, only because its my initials. Trouble is my brother works at a garage and he cant get any discount off of VW's so they would be pricier when it came to fixing things or check ups0 -

. But hey, I was one of those numpties in the Easter egg isle in Sainsburys today- why did i leave it til now...? ok, guess its so i don't eat them and have to re-buy for everyone like last year
I have got two cadburys c. eggs in the kitchen not belongng to anyone and ive held of scoffing them so far...! anyone else worried how much temptation is out there this weekend? Am working next three days so am hoping not too much choc there!! Will try to do a fat free roast at some stage. Has anyone got a plan how not to ruin progress or it it ' just say no!'
its a dangerous week for sure lots of very cheap temptations about, Monday is normally worse when they start discounting the left over easter eggs ....
it was even harder last week as all the meanies on here kept talking about hot cross buns... i have a big weakness for a toasted and buttered hot cross bun (or 10 lol)
funny enough i have been out for more meals this year already than I have in the last 3 years, Harvester's and our local indian's both have very healthy options :beer:0
