    Hiya

Thanks for the chart Fred. Shame our efforts resulted in an overall gain, but as you say onwards...

Well done Eric for SOTW. :T

Hi Louise-Alyson - no you're not too late, feel free to join in with the chat. Fred posts the chart on Wednesdays (internet allowing) and all you need to do is post your weight loss in big and bold letters and you'll be included.

Well, I'm excited to say that I'm surfing from the privacy of home instead of McDonalds, which is a very pleasant change. And I'm not paying by the hour so I can stay online for as long as I like! :D

    Catch you all again soon.

PepPop I do martial arts too and I don't consider myself a violent person. I guess it depends on the style to you and how the instructors formats the class, but for us the main focus is learning technique rather than beating each other to a pulp. I would recommend going along. If you don't like it then you don't have to go back and at least then you'll know.

Thanks for the advice Heatherberry. I've decided I'm gonna go and see what it's like - as you say if I don't like it I don't need to go back.

    Hi Louise,

I'll add your loss so far onto the chart as a previous entry so it will all count - then just post your result for this week before next Wednesday night and I'll put it into this weeks chart.

Will change you for next week if that's ok beanie?

I should be committed - sitting in McDonalds surrounded by people eating fattening food when I'm trying to lose weight!

Well done on your weight loss so far - you've obviously got to grips with the SW lifestyle. :T
