    Thank you Eric

Have decided that over my two weeks off work I'm going to go back to strict WW principles just to retrain myself. Haven't managed as much exercise as I'd have liked over the past week - work has got in the way. Must remember to give myself a kick up the rear end metaphorically speaing over leave too.

Off for a meal with one of my courses tonight. Had a pretty trying week so far and am feeling fairly cheesed off. Am really looking forward to it (although would be good if some more of the staff were joining us) but will try and remember to go for the healthier options and stick to halves. Quite hard when the group I'm out with is all male.

Dinah: im 24 this year, gimmie some hope please!!

Well i made it to guilford and back. I must say i felt very sexual in the car. I turned into a ville man who races away and puts his foot down at every opportunity! I was really working it haha. Took me 3 hours to get there!!! Well rubbish, but the people there were lovely. Journey back was better, no fog and less rain so i could really put my foot down. Mid twentys crisis coming on i can see!!

right better go, im surprised im not tired.... must be all that sexual energy from the car ha

Welcome home Lois! I trust your trip was all you hoped it would be? How long were you actually away for, it seemed like a fair bit more than a year?

Thanks Missy - when we started out we thought we might last for 6-8 months, then decided to make it a year, which still wasn't long enough and we were actually away for 15 months. :)

    Hello

We've both STS this week, mainly due to lack of exercise - we've got a perfect place to go cycling quite close but the weather has been so awful, everytime we decide we're going to do it, it rains. It's bloomin' freezing today - I miss Spain. :( We need to find other ways to keep fit otherwise we'll be back where we started again - UNFIT!

We should have full time broadband within the next few days, so we'll be able to check in on the thread more frequently.

Hope everyone else is having more success.
