  • I am happily reporting my normal 2lb LossPlease Fred :T

I am so near and yet so far to my goal ;) I was dreaming that it would be 3 lb this week but it was not to be. I think the 10 glasses of water I had to drink at work today as it was so hot prob had something to do with it :rotfl: I am thinking I need to reduce my calories again as my BMR has reduced 90 since april so I think it is time to address this again.

I had to work this afternoon so missed the england match but I am happy they have finally won a match  But am currently enjoying the tennis and seeing Federer having a hard time again for a change :rotfl:

Victory - I hope the new nurses are going to be more help to you I wait with baited breath. Also good luck with looking for a new job, I would already have that letter written and stamped. They have acted like children and you must have felt like you are at school, you even had tests and exams to sit too :rotfl:

De1amo - Look at you showing off in your medium shorts :p well done and you have been very quiet over the past 2 weeks.

Hezza - I think you deserve your gain if the weekend was worth it ;) I think you can come out of the corner now :D

Lois - Good luck with the job hunt, sorry things have not worked out

Well done everyone else on the losses :T STS'ers well done too
    Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

    Here is this weeks chart:

    Congratulations to our SoTW Shell1000.

Well done to all the losers and STSers this week, and commiserations to the gainers - next week can be a better week.

I'm going to start to try to put a motivational quote in each weeks chart post - if anyone has any suggestions please pm them to me.

This weeks quote is from Jim Rohn. "Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live."
