Hey de1amo that's great! I remember that feeling of wearing the next size down (before I put my weight back on!) and nothing beats it! You are my inspiration today!!
Don't worry Hezza we all have weeks like that (that was me last week!) jump back on the wagon and don't look down!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

I also had a bit of a breakthrough myself last week - I was fitted for a new bra and have one down a back size!! (up a couple of cup sizes tho) so that gave me quite a boost!! (dont worry vix - it wasn't MnS!!)
(OH was quite impressed too!!)

My mboobs no longer exist just a residue of a bit of a belly--i think another 2kgs if i can aim it towards that area!!
İts quite silly because my wife bought a 'small' waisted pair of shorts originally and i had to go to the shop with her to make sure they fitted second time around--maybe i can only dream about being a small!!--my wife keeps complaining that i am becoming too skinnyl--but wishes she could do what i have done!!!--i find myself wearing all black to look even thinner-she hates it!!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0 -
Morning all
Happy to report in with a 1lb loss for me- Superman had a little gain this week, but only 3/4 of a pound.
Not so happy to report that we're looking for another job... long story that I'm not going to go into.
Well done to all the losers so far.
Eric - sorry to hear you've only lost 1lb, but it gives the rest of us a chance at SOTW!

STS for me this week Fred. Not surprised really, as I'm still not putting in the big effort I need to. I did do a bike ride on monday before it got too warm in the day. It proved to me that my fitness has really waned over the past couple of years. I'd have breezed it before, but baby steps, and I'll be back to where I was.
One good thing about this warm weather we're having, that my appetite isn't so keen, and I'm drinking lots of fluid. I don't feel like being in the kitchen cooking all the time, so meals are fast, and often healthier as a result. Last night was poached eggs on nutty bread for me, and chicken salad for my OH. I've got lots of fruit & yogurts in, and we just don't fancy stodge. Every little helps!
Good luck with the losses guys, and COME ON ENGLAND!!!!! Praying our boys can finally do us proud today. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

its like watching paint dry --enough to drive you to drink and nuts--i would get behind England if they played to their abilities and didnt leave me feeling frustrated.--enjoy the feveror and the parties--i will switch the volume off and gaize at the screen-i do hope they win but i wished they just do themselves justice--yours frustratedly!!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

I will be on a train from 3-5pm so will miss the whole thing, no doubt learning the result when I get off (will have my ipod on full blast so I cant hear anyone around me talking about it). Ignorance is definitely bliss as far as I'm concerned
plus my heart rate and blood pressure remain intact!
