13 days to get a summer wardbrobe for barcelona. 12 days to buy some running shoes. No time for anything!!

Feel so ill and rubbish today. I went clubbing last night and i only stayed out till 12 and had 2 and a half drinks so its not that...We have all come back with sore throats though, no good for tomorrows football!!

-1 lb for me. Sorry I haven't been around much. I have been reading, just not had time to post, not that i had anything interesting to say.

Had a really pants couple of weeks at work, including a fight with deputy boss with regards to work boots and emergency leave (kid to doctors) So things have been strained to say the least.

Then i casually mentioned that I had last years shorts on and they were a little tight. He told me that I should be like him and lose weight  Needless to say I had my answer ready for him. Cheeky git.

As expected a +3LB gain for me this week (hangs head in shame); not been dieting so no surprise there.

I will get back on track, promise.........(slopes away into a corner)

i had a major incident on fathers sunday--my wife woops daughter bought me a correctly fitting pair of shorts--a medium! i have been a large for about 7 years and now i can stop strapping them up with my belt.--it wasnt a fluke because i went to the shop and tried on lots of mediums who all fitted me!
