    HSblinky_ani_bearhugs.gif to you Beanie.

Same goes from me. I'm actually counting my blessings that all I have to worry about is being overweight, it puts things in perspective really.

I'm reporting in again with a STS, but OH (Superman) has lost 2.25 pounds, bringing his total weight loss to 21lbs (I'm sooo jealous :o).

I must admit, I was quite disheartened last week and fell off the wagon a bit, but today is Day One and I'm back on again. My next stop is FoodFocus to record today's intake, which I think has been well within my daily limits.

Sorry to hear of your scan results beanie. Hope there is alot of help out there for you. Hugs coming your way xxxx

Guess what i have done today! Went to pilates or however you spell it!! OMG is all im saying, it was hardcore. Wearing just leggings and a top wasnt a wise move, i was so paranoid about my bum! I also went for a nice walk with matt in the evening, so thats two forms of exercise IN A DAY. Unheard of for me.

Oh and update on living with the mother in law: not good! Im very close to moving back in with my mother and matt staying where he is. I have all this nervous tension in me.

right best go, quick visit before i go to bed

Hugs BEANIE - have recieved similar back news in the past but thats a lot of news to hear in one day, even if its just confirming what you already know its still having to "accept" it as definite now which can't be easy going for you. If you want to cry I would, then follow it with something to take your mind of it/cheer you up. For me its a good cry then take my dog out or watch a feel good film xxx

Well have finished my dissertation!!! I say finished...my supervisor will get back to me with comments at some point tomorrow so i will have to make any changes where necessary and then format and print it but my actual writing of it is done!!! Plus have listed a load of uni books on amazon knowing that they prob wont sell till september but its free till they sell so not fussed, just lovely to have the time to do it and not be feeling bad for doing anything other than uni work!

Dinner was a chinese tho...I know I know very very bad but it was a yay go me for finishing treat. On best behaviour tomorrow with smoked salmon for dinner I promise. Right bed calls!
