LW 29?! How did that happen?! :D

Hello everyone! :hello: I got back to the UK 3 weeks ago yesterday, and my feet haven't touched the ground yet :rotfl: The good news is that I have a job, and a wedding dress which I think looks lovely so all is going well! How is everyone? I've been thinking of my friends on here...

Anyway, I will be about a little I hope. If I didn't lose any weight between now and the wedding I'd still be happy with the dress; I would like to tone up my arms though and get fitter so that'll be my focus as soon as we're back in our house next week and I can join the gym again :j

Off to see who's still about x

Hezza, I'm with you on the natural foods, and it's tougher than you would think! Nuts, seeds, bite size meat (if you eat it)...um... if I think of any more I'll let you know. Eating a small amount of protein with fruit and veg will help the energy release more slowly and therefore keep you fuller for longer.
Fellpony, I don't know you yet but I am so pleased to hear about your DD x

A gym BB? A-MAZING!! Well done you! And Beanie, what a fab loss! :T It's all happening while I've been away...you go girls!!

Well done to everyone else this week too x

    Hi Ronnie, Welcome aboard!!!

We are all following different plans, or trying to cut down on our own with the support of each other. Lots of useful advice here tho from our resident gurus :j

We post our weight loss on a wednesday in big bold coloured letters so it's easy to spot, and be added to the chart. Don't be scared to post any gains or stay the same weeks either, but good luck on your journey

I'm trying to avoid processed foods as much as poss, so no added sugars, salt or other articfical ingredienants (anything with the letters -ose or -in at the end) which rules out most of your list I'm afraid victory!

I'm on the hunt for ideas for snacks that are real food, ie as nature intended. So apart from fruit and veg - what else??

    nuts and dried fruit?

HEZZA - I used to have a banana dipped/covered in seeds when i had to eat ALL the time when between operations. Used to get big mixed pots of sunflower, sesame seeds etc, was quite yummy really.

Hi all. Memorial service was ok, quite sad tho and did cry. Weird to think my last grandparent died when I was 20, seems quite young to me but in reality its probably not. Only got a very small amount of work done when i got home yesterday as was gripped by a headache that nothing would get rid of so went to bed at 9pm and didnt get up till 7.30am, obviously needed it. Not suprising really as have been dreaming about and waking up panicked about my dissertation, I know i should just chill out about it but I cant, im not that sort of person!

On which note, I shall start work for the day once I have finished my bowl of very healthy breakfast. I didnt weigh in wednesday, and despite a very healthy start to the week it went downhill with take aways and lunches out galore when i was home. Unsuprisingly no one felt like cooking and everyone wanted comfort and cheering up so just how it worked out. So hopefully it will have balanced out and this weeks damage control may even result in a small loss, heres hoping.

    Oh and welcome back BAILS!

DMV: Think i missed some posts of yours. My last and only nan died when i was 17. My supervisor at work still has a nan and shes in her 40's. I couldnt believe it, it just seems weird.

Nice to see you bails, ive been facebook stalking so it hasnt felt like youve gone anywhere!
