+3LB gain for me
:(:(:( Not really surprised, my head has been all over the place and I've been eating whenever and whatever I feel.
Good news is that my essay is 99% there, a friend is reviewing it for me so pending any major howlers I'm ready to press the 'send' button & say goodbye to my last assigment of the current courseJust 3 weeks of revision now for my exam LOL. Had confirmation of my next course today starting in October, so I will have the summer to catch up on the big pile of novels sitting beside my bed.:D
Looks like some good losses coming through this week, well done you lot and all the STS-ers! For us gainers, tomorrow is another day£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Great stuff peppop, rosie (well done with the exams)beanie, fi, de1amo, superman and eric(duspite it not being as much as you hoped your plan would yield) and Victory and mazza (and lois) for sts.:T:T:T
Lois, maybe it will all drop off in the next few days?
We had a lovely day out in Eastbourne in blistering sunshine on Monday - caught the coastal bus: stunning views along the coast for £3 return.
I did feel very unfit walking round though, and it has motivated me to try and do something about it.
One of the things that puts me off going swimming is having to turn out as a special journey. ONce I am home, I don't want to turn out again.
I also don't like our main public swimming pool as it is very large, noisy and a bit chilly.
So, having had a trial this morning, I am going to sign up for a gym.
With this one, is it on route to several places I have to go in the week, so I can incorporate it into being out anyway: it is in the basement of a local hotel and you only have to sign up for a month at a time, so no contracts, which would put me off.
It is £37.50 for a month and if I use it twice a week it will balance out as not much more that the public pool but would also hopefully make me go as I'd have paid for it.
I was the only one in the pool today (it is small at 10m but that really suits me: I am not interested in powering down lanes).
I may even use the some of the other stuff in time. I might try the bikes just to get a bit more bike fit for my real one.
So I will see how it goes for the first month...
STS for me please FredI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
