Ditto, my belly is my problem part. People always notice the boobs and legs first tho :rotfl:Maybe I just dress to hide my belly more. Or to enhance the better bits :rotfl: Obviously can't do that at work, so they notice the double chins and the legs

With you on nice shoulders and arms in a man (although absolute perfection is if he has a nice bum too!)

Scary: Im with you on that one, white shorts are my preference!!

I like shoulders and arms, but its the stomach i like, the lines at the side that draw you down and make you wanna see more, but then when you do you realise its pretty ugly and why the heck would i wanna go near something someone wees out of.

    But thats nature for you!

    Morning all

'Disappointed' of SW Scotland checking in with a STS. I know I'll be told STS is better than a gain, but I've been religiously recording every calorie I've eaten this week, and according to FoodFocus I should have lost 1.8lbs .

    Superman lost .75lbs.

Best of luck to everyone else with your weigh-ins.

i am glad to report a loss of 2.2lbs--i have joined a website that counts calories easily and makes allowances in exercise output--its very simple to use and quite addictive--i am eating a bit more and exercising less and since i joined on sunday i suddenly lost the 2,2lbs from sunday til today --i am so happy!!

    a pathetic 2lb loss for me ....

realistically cant strip out any more calories from my diet without skipping meals, my cal deficiency (12k per week) alone should ensure a 4lb loss each weak even sat on my fat a$$ ...

lack of exercise really biting hard now
  • reporting a 2lb loss this week, very very pleased with that!!

exams are going alright, had a 3rd world economics exam yesterday which is crazy amounts of work, teamed with the fact that its such a depressing subject im so passionate about, revision has been failry stressful over the last week! (im sure my brain was burning those extra calories!:rotfl:)

no time for breaks, back to revision straight way! microeconomics: now there is a subject beyond reason if you ask me!

well done to all the losses!!! your all doing amazingly!!
well done Eric on reaching you first big target!!

    xx
shift the bulge! - 54lb lost so far :j .....alot more to go......
