Beanie - I read that as 3/4 of a lb but just realised that it was 3 AND 3/4:j:j With the week you have had that is amazing:T:T

lol victory. Well done on the biscuit front under extreme pressure. And good luck with your test tomorrow!

Pudding - sounds like life isn't too good at the mo. Anything you can join to get out a bit more and have some fun?

Very well deserved congrats to our SoTW Beanielou and our SoTM Eric.

Well done to all the losers and stsers, commiserations to the gainers, next week is a clean slate and a new start for everyone - only you can change your future (with a little help from your online friends).

Interesting new colours - have been away so first time on for a few days.

Oh beggar! I forgot to post yesterday, and I remembered to weigh in yesterday morning. Ho-hum, I'll just add it on to next week's (hopeful) loss.

Well done to all the losers this week. Eric, I know you aren't impressed with a 2lb loss, but at least it's a loss, and shows you are still able to see the weight come off, if a lot more slowly than you had envisaged. Even with your enforced no-exercise right now, that would be over a stone in 8 weeks time. It keeps your destination in sight, it's just that the journey has taken a bit of a longer route at the moment. Once you get back to exercising again, it'll start falling off you again. Who knows, this hiaitus may just be what your body needed to create that next trigger for big loss again once you do.

Trying to keep busy at home, rather than sitting stagnating. Gardening is a great way to keep me walking about, and I do more steps than I realised. My little lad gets me to wear his Pokemon 'Pokewalker' which is a pedometer gadget, and when you've done enough steps, say 10,000, he gets to catch a new Pokemon character. He gives it to me to wear each day, and is very pleased with progress so far.

In the middle of exam-fest here. GCSE's in full flow, A'levels not yet begun. Kids on half term next week. Right, I'm starving marvin, and my grumbling belly is making it clear it needs to be filled!

    Have a good Thursday!

    Hi everyone,

Its been a while, sorry I have been sooo busy, I think I have to come off the chart for a while, I haven't weighed myself for such a long time (like a month). Anyway hopefully I can be more committed to the thread. My mum is a lot better now and I started a new business in health and wellbeing that I am really excited about!!

I hope everyone is cool, not sure when I will be able to catch up with all the pages I have missed!

Take care all and well done Beanielou and Eric!!

    QT xx

I have got my 50 Q&A in 1 hour and I have been sitting on the loo for most of the morning, fear is gripping me:eek: I can't understand why I have been called in to do it because it clearly says on the front of the module and I quote- when you complete part A, you will be given 50 Q&A, which can be completed whilst referring back to your modules, don't worry about the questions, this is not an exam, it is a learning process ,remember you can refer to the modules while you do it.

OH seems to think that because boss lectured me on saturday as to how he can't believe I got 100% again seen as I have no communication, common sense etc that he wants me to come in and sit and take it as an exam because he thinks I am not doing it myself, or cheating but he has no right to do that and I am very surprised he is so much paper work, terms and conditions, laws that he is doing this.

I thought and still think the questions can be done at home, referring back to the modules in your own time, now I have 1 hour to do them in at work, supervised:eek:

Thanks for the kind words, but I am unable to do anything other than sit about ....

There is method in my madness, I have a set date to reach my target but its inflexible and RL commitments means it has to be meet. Im not depressed by it, I am furious.... every time you try to do something proper in life someone comes and kicks you in the nadgers ...

I cant see the situation being resolved in the next 3-6 months either ...
