Crumbs the test was such pressure:rotfl: I got cocky at first because the answers were simpleton easy, then panicked because 7 of them had no clue about whatsoever, then started talking to myself:rotfl:then ran out of time to correct them, OMG what a kurffeful:rotfl:will I have scored 40 out of 50? I guess it is just wait and see, seen as I GUESSED some and knew some and worried over others it will be touch and go:D0

Ok that was a lot to catch up on ......
Came back home today but have been down in cornwall camping taking advantage of the glorious weather we have had. Got a little burned on tuesday whilst in the seabut most of it has gone down now. It was lovely to fit into my wet suit and be able to zip it up without discomfort. Also greenpeace didn't try to re-float me when I had finished either. Still not standing on my surfboard yet but that is my next goal
Well done Beanie on being SOtW :T And Eric on SOtM you have done so well
I haven't weighed myself as I have been away so will leave it and see what my scales say next Wednesday. I have been really good and healthy but it is difficult when you cannot track everything on food focus
Victory - when do you find out about your Q & A test results ?
Good luck to everyone else in exam or dissertation hell it will be worth it in the end
Anyone have any idea's for low calorie alcoholic drinks? as I feel having none at all I am missing out sometimes. Going away again tomorrow for the weekend to another VW show so need to go shopping to get some low calorie, snacks.

Bit quiet on here this morning .......
victory - I'm sure you are going to be fine, even if you don't get 100% so what? you are still better than everyone else there aren't you?
What does everyone do for healthy snack? I try to eat fruit between meals but it doesn't fill me up at all. I've just had a Jordans Frusli bar but it's 31% sugar (including glucose syrup ) so not really fitting with my diet principles (when I'm following them, that is) plus I'm sure I'm going to be ravenous again come lunchtime (I had a 6am breakfast today, l-o-o-o-ng way to go yet!)

I'm terrible for snacking. I can see mini-muffins across the office at the moment and ive had to practically nail myself to my chair to stop me getting one.
ive found my scales so will be using them this week, I can imagine its going to be a bit of a shock!
Anyone got any idea how I can lose weight but still enjoy my boozey nights out?!0 -
I'm trying to avoid processed foods as much as poss, so no added sugars, salt or other articfical ingredienants (anything with the letters -ose or -in at the end) which rules out most of your list I'm afraid victory!
I'm on the hunt for ideas for snacks that are real food, ie as nature intended. So apart from fruit and veg - what else??£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

It's been a wierd kind of a week over here in the back of beyond, DD has had her central line taken out, so no more chemo for her which is a such a relief.
I took the family to the pub for a meal to celebrate and then sat and watched them pick at our left overs and wanted to scream at them.
I keep forgetting to eat, (totally not like me!) I have no interest in food, and I get to the point where I am wobbly at the knees and feeling woozy before I realise it. I then go to the cupboard / fridge and read the labels of the foods I am about to eat, changing my mind if I think it has too much fat/sugar etc in it.
It makes a change from eating non stop without realising it right enough. I need to find a happy medium (one who knows the lottery numbers would be good :rotfl:)
No weight loss this week, but there again no weight gain either. Must try harder and get more focused.
Well done to SOTW and SOTM keep up the hard work guys and gals. You never know how strong you are until you have no other option.0
