atheletes are thin as rakes--no broad shoulders unless your a shot putter!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

i would say seb is typical if youve ever been to a good track and field event most of the atheletes are just legs and arms with less meat on them than a butcher's dog--my minimum weight with no fat would be 59,6kgs and i am 5 9 and averagely muscled-i should think they dip well below thatmfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

i dread to think what l christie will look like when he gets too old to run--and carries on consuming his protein requirements---have you ever seen the number of fat ex footballers--GUTs hiddink the well known ex dutch international come ex chelsea manager- big butch wilkins--the list is endless. Seb coe looks still fit and able to run a 4 min milemfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

Is it just me that get's very distracted when the men are racing, and I tend to get mezmerised by their 'shorts'? Linford was a classic example. I realise I'm very spoilt, as my BF has shoulders like his, and he's looking nicely tanned after these past few days.
Anyway, back to food. I'm trying to avoid it! Tried to squeeze into some of last year's clothes yesterday, and my @ss is too big. There's the incentive if ever I needed it. Salad again last night, with some new potatoes & left over BBQ chicken.
Off to have some breakfast now, shedded wheat today.
The weather is cooler, but still sunny here today, which is easier to cope with. I'm busy still ebaying like mad, so don't get as much time to 'play' either on here, or in the garden, but it's gotta be done. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Ahh u see, I said nice shoulders not big shoulders. Shoulders don't need to be big to be nice, although it helps. There is just something about the shape of a man's shoulders and upper arms that does it for me.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

i had big shoulders but unfortaunately i now realise it was fat and now they are taught and average--my wife is complaining i will end up like a boy!--she gets really tetchy about my diet talk and doesnt encourage me at all--its a sore point at the moment--its ok when she loses weight but its 'your being ridiculous when i do'mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0
