take his clothes downstairs to the dishwasher

Is the dishwasher better than the washing machine then?! :rotfl:

Sorry...couldnt resist lol. SO happy that all seems to be resolved for you, was wondering just last night if anything had changed.

Well I have got rid of the birthday chocs and bought in actual healthy food. Even down to swapping my chocolate kids cereal to a healthy balance with freeze dried strawberries one. Was not impressed with the ham salad i made tho, more of a side dish in my opinion than an actual lunch. Having a bit of a blast from the past treat tonight tho...a tin of ravioli?! Yes I know its not great generally but cal wise its only 320, so some carrot and swede mash and a good helping of sweetcorn should hopefully balance it out nitrition wise...plus make me feel like a kid again. Also when doing a dissertation food needs to be relatively quick, and right now without any money coming in and a 3bed house that doesnt seem to want to sell but still has all the bills it certainly needs to be cheap.

Hoping for a loss this week!

    Take care all xxx

Old? Well, my body is def older than my years:rotfl:there is a helper at work (79) who walks due to his arthritis the same as me and I am much younger than him, the body you see it does what it wants regardless of age:rotfl::D
