allis they go by a check list, I don't drink, not hormonal, not menopausal, don't have TOTM probs, an under active thyroid, an over active one, underlying illnesses, take meds for anything else, I have a very healthy diet, not over weight, under weight, not this not that and on the list goes and they scratch their heads at me and then say 'oh I know too much carbs' lol it makes them happy to tick me off their list but they can't lol

Just make sure they don't ..... I know we were all worried about you at the time and don't want you having to go through that again. Especially not at the moment with everything else going on ;)
Had home grown salad today, mixed leaf salad and radishes lovely :D

    good luck everyone.
i have loads of high stress exams coming up, which means as lectures have finished i been no-where doing the same amount of walking (to and from uni). im also hoping the stress doent make me crave the sugary stuff.
    xx

Good Luck with your exams I hope you don't get too stressed out by them.
Just keep some healthy snack's around then you have no excuse to go off the rails

Eric the great that's a wonderful result with no exercise -- will you be a litttle bit happier about following dr's orders now? Hope you're feeling a bit better. xx

Beanie you've been doing really well -- that little blippo will soon go away again.

Vix - I met Mr Granny when I was 16 - he was 19 - and we were married when I was 19. We're still married almost 37 years later and I really don't think I've missed out at all - I've done all the things I've wanted to, but then I'm not very adventurous.
You do have control over your life and you can make it be how you want - so long as you and Matt talk about what you do want and agree to do whatever it is either seperately or together. Mr Granny and I have always had separate interests as well as shared ones and I hope we always will.
We are both a long way from perfect (well I'm perfect but I don't like to boast) and obviously there are compromises to be made, but so long as you and Matt keep talking about your hopes and plans you have years and years to accomplish them. You don't have to do everything before you're thirty - or even eighty!

BB, come on! Thats just insanity going in there! I bet it doesnt fit you properly, and if it does i will give you £100. And i aint joking either, cos i am that sure. Never seen one bra from marks fit anyone, apart from myself when i fitted myself. OMG and you have a a bravissimo in brighton cos ive seen it! Tut tut BB.

Granny: I know what you mean, i dont feel ive missed out but i dont feel ive experienced enough to be sure this is right? I just have this really big urge that i havent achieved anything yet, i havent done anything amazing or been anywhere exceptional, i havent got any good stories to tell or any hobby that i have. I suppose im asking alot for being 23. Also i wanna seize the day so to speak, my parents had dreams they never got around to and now cant becuase of my dads accident and parkinsons, its kinda taught me to do it all today incase there isnt a tomorrow.

I agree with you katy, my brain is half telling me babies, marriage and house. Then the other half is have fun, be free! Its like theyre fighting one another.

last time i lost all my weight i did loose 2lbs a week for the period and i still ended up looking gaunt--i question the real value of the bmi scale--if i do the measurements to determine my frame size i am a definate large (there is a good 2 inches gap when i wrap my fingers around my wrist) --whereas my brother who is the same height as me has a small frame--he looks ok at 70kgs but i draw flack--there must be some allowance for broad shoulders!!--the rate of loss is not the issue--i have not lost muscle and proportionally i have lost from my waisteline the same amount as my face--my wife says we are getting older and the neck is the great displayer of this process---when i have some flab it is hidden!!
    mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.
