Great loss there eric, hope it puts you back into your usual frame of mind. You seemed a bit down there for a day or 2.
Cheers de1amo, I notice your a 1.5kg loss as well this week. great work, keep it up too.
Mazza as well, 3lb's too. congrats.
As long as it's coming off, it's great motivation to keep going.
Seeing others losing (and gaining sometimes but not giving up) is great motivation.
EVERYONE keep up the good work, roll on next week and more loss.0 -

Wow! what fantastic losses this week!!! :T:T:T:T I am especially pleased for the eric-meister, (not to take away from all the others) and I hope that makes you feel good about yourself now kiddo!!
I was ambushed by a tub of Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream last night. I have my final OU essay of this course due in next week and I was watching a DVD of some obscure 17th century restoration comedy to try and assess "how the issues are resolved in the final act". No wonder I resorted to ice creamThis production was filmed in 1995 and has, among others - a very young Andy Serkis, an even younger Dougray Scott and - wait for it - a practically teenage Daniel Craig!!.
If it wasn't for those guys I doubt if it would have held my attention at all, so fair play to the OU!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Well I am 49 and I can honestly say my 40's have been fantastic. I feel like I'm still in my mid-30's (and people tell me thats how old I look), I have so much energy and drive, I just cant sit still, I always have to be doing something. I am more chilled and settled than I have ever been, I have a lovely home, fabulous kids that make me so proud I could burst, I dont worry about things I can control (at least I try not to) and, thanks to a wonderful OH who brought my spendthrift ways under control without judging me, I am finally financially secure. I think about how my mum was when she was nearing 50 (I would have been 11) and my perception is that she looked old and worn out (but then she did have 5 kids!). Honestly guys, age is just a number, the important thing is to live your life and be nice to people along the way.£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Well you are making being older more interesting!! I'd love to have freedom, i know it sounds strange but i really dont feel free, i'd love to go somewhere and not know where im going or what im going to do or any time that i need to come back. I kinda feel a bit trapped, and a bit ive met matt too early and i want to do things before i settle down that i cant do because im with matt. I'd love to go off and travel, but i cant because of matt. His job is too good to lose, and i wish wish wish we didnt rush into our relationship like we have done, its like weve been married for the past 5 years, not actually a young couple having fun, and now here i am living with his parents, saving up for this mortgage and my life is all set up and i have zilch control over it.
My friends are going to go travelling next year, and i'd love to go with them for even a month or two but i couldnt leave matt behind because that would be really a seperate thing to do and everyone would think im the worst girlfriend ever for going off and doing it. But then im also worried that im following the exact same path as my brother, who met his ex wife when she was in her teens, and then they got married and a year later she left him because i think she felt like i did now, and im scared that one day i'll wake up full of this resentment that i havent done what i wanted to do because of the relationship im in. Im probably being really selfish though, im sure matt somewhere if he thought about it has dreams of his own he wants to achieve that i might be stopping him from doing.
Ok i went a bit off track there! I like your idea of looking at your life every 6 months bb its a good idea, but i wouldnt know how to make changes if i didnt like it, my changes would be too great, complicated and messy.0
