Hi everyone. Thanks for all the birthday wishes, I had a really great weekend
Feeling ill now though, not from alcohol (suprising considering i only drink a few times a year) but probably from mixing with loads of people compared to my relatively solitary essay filled life! Headache, sore throat and bunged up feeling very rough. gonna get showered, walk my dog and then buy a load of fruit and veg to give myself a good boost over the next few days because my dissertation is looming and im running out of time!
Happy belated birthday MISSY!
Sorry you are going through so much with the eldest Victory, lets hope it sorts itself soon and he realises he is cutting off his nose to spite his face! Think you are probably doing well with striking a balance which makes it a bit difficult for him (has to do everything for himself) but also offering him the chance to back down and saying good night you love him etc. *hugs* xxxx0 -

When that happens I tend to over-eat the next day so off-setting any gains. However, I'm sure I've read somewhere that if you have your main meal in the middle of the day and only have something light in the evening then you could lose weight that way, something to do with the ability to burn off the calories I think? But with our lifestyles that's not an option for many people.

i was told by a dietrician that as long as you stop eating by 7,30pm i would be ok---a big breakfast is good because it sets(me) up for the day--when i think big i mean 250 calories--i eat 3 small meals like this a day and just eat fruit at a sugar low--i startd out wanting to shrink my intake and the capacity of my stomack--if i over eat now i feel horribly bloated and dont enjoy it!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

basically everything the eric-meister has been saying about the need to avoid processed crap and only consume food as nature intended.
great find
funny enough they mess about with food with artificial crap and its bad for you, would never have seen that coming0 -
when i come home i cant taste the food--the best option we have found is cosher but it is expensive --it has flavour and no pork so perfect for all the family--i dont miss pork in any form--i miss fish'n chips with mushy peas--if you hadnt guessedmfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

Just a little couple of facts to help you along, once your body fat percentage gets above 32% usually BMI 48+ then the chance of a portable defibrulator working if you have a heart attack is very low and CPR even lower, this is then reduced by 50% if you have been at this level for more than 2 years. SO please stick to your diets and remember it is not just the diet you have to change yours and the familys eating habits as well. Good luck and hope you never have to prove these facts.Approach her; adore her. Behold her; worship her. Caress her; indulge her. Kiss her; pleasure her. Kneel to her; lavish her. Assert to her; let her guide you. Obey her as you know how; Surrender is so wonderful! For Caroline my Goddess.0

my oh is a senior manger in a very large NHS trust, she showed me there records that 95% of all people who have portable or in hospital resuscitation die within an hour, the phrase the trust uses is clutching at straws
its a poor argument anyway, just about anyone over BMI 45+ is going to be in a downward cycle of self loathing and self destruction, so telling them they are going to die will achieve very little, making a depressed person more depressed is not really the way to go, they have to deal with there demons and some how come to terms with the real them
luckily most of the people here are not jumbo troffers, just me and de1amo0 -

i have proved to myself today that i can have a day off the gym and stay at home without being pre-occupied by food thoughts--i have eaten the normal low calory total and feel relaxed and even rested.
i have long concluded that i have never over eaten out here --i brought my over weight stature from the uk and then just sat on my fat %%% --i thought my fat was muscle!!-i have lost my mboobs but still have a little too much belly--it looks kinda strange but its reducingmfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0
