Teaching a class of 30 odd teenagers and the bad apples will dominate the class-its no fun being no fun with kids. i enjoy teaching good kids and hate the bad apples for disrupting the lessons. i own my school, i just eject them and return their fees with no chance of appeal-its my kingdom and i am not having the bad element taking control. My school is growing fast under my policies and getting a good reputation.

    So sorry Eric :-(

Do keep at it, at 750 fewer caloires per day to compensate for not exercising you'll still continue to lose over a pound a week.

Can I ask on what ground you have been barred from exercise, is it heart, lungs or joints? (ignore this if you'd rather not say)

yes i have tried to totally rejig my program to take into account zero exercise, and its bloody hard and im bloody hungry all the time now :(

trouble is fitness will drop of very fast, muscle will go into decline very fast and then i will start consuming my own muscle ... its a life of doom which will result in me being a skinny boney armed little girl and honestly id rather be 40 stone than a puny girly man ...

and yes you can certainly ask :D

His washing have put back in his bedroom in a black bag with a note saying that as we do nothing for you as you clearly stated your washing is returned, until you can apologize and realise that we do things for you, you will be unable to join us for meals and have anything done for you. Respect has to be earnt and as you have no respect for us we are not able to do anything that involves you.

Sold the peter kay tickets for exactly the same price I paid for them, you win some you loose some and boy do I loose some:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Shame about the tickets! Didn't you say your eldest son loved Peter Kay and wanted to buy the tickets off you? Might have been able to make a small profit there!:rotfl:

Sary thank you very much:D we are trying to keep calm and we are in every way a united front. Business is as usual, eldest is in his room with door closed and life here is as normal, BBQ tomorrow if the weather stays good, eldest not being invited unless his attitude changes. The smell will drive him crazy:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: eldest so far is surviving on endless bowls of cereal and bread.

Through his own choice he refuses to talk to us, not us to him, so that was the idea of the notes, so he knows what is happening, why,we love him but...so there is no misunderstandings on anyones part.:D

He has come home to a black bag of washing with the note in his room, rather than drag it on and apologize, put the washing in himself, the powder and the machine is now churning nicely:D

I tried to put myself in his shoes today, him at school, telling his mates 'yeah well what it is I am not talking to them, they treat me like slaves, so I am showing them' but did they buy your season ticket...'well no, but they will when they see how much I do for them and they will get it for me' he would have buffered up the story to make himself look cool, I reckon he would have talked to one of his mates and asked to stay round their house for the weekend, so am not going to crumble when he leaves the house without a word as he is a nervous child by character he knows right from wrong and he would not have the courage to be on the streets, sleeping rough, drinking etc so no worries there, if he leaves he will be back.

I have 2 boys and their characters could not be any more different, my little one is friendly, caring, loving, helpful, thoughtful, sensitive, funny and just a joy to share time with, my eldest is selfish, self centered, funny, thinker, nervous, drama queen, moaner, whiner, obsessed with looks, money, what he can get, what we can give him.

I appreciate the age difference has a lot to do with it as the youngest has not been in contact with peer pressure yet and has no need for the latest ipod or laptop etc so therefore does not ask more than can he go to the park:D

sary I so agree with you about parents, I have so often had the exact same conversation with the eldest and even youngest about what everyone else gets and the reasons behind it, the eldest surely understands because we have the classic case of full time parents in one of his friends and I have spoken about him before on this thread, the poor lad is heavy, very heavy, he gets all the food and luxuries he could ever ask for but one thing he comes round here for with us is conversation, a laugh, company because there never is any for him at home. I went part time from the moment the eldest was born to give him time, when the youngest was born, still part time so that I have the time for them ,their worries, the home work, the chats, the outings to the park, everyone knows no one can have everything, a full time job, time for the kids, the home, the husband, something has to give and what gave was my wage, my lifestyle, our income now is poor but it is worth it in the long run.

He will come round, it will take time because he does not want to loose face but he will, he knows what is right and wrong, he feels so hard done by, gets harder for him now that OH and I refuse to cajole him out of it, to cave in, to try to reason with him and now do nothing for him to prove a point.:D

Parents can't win, no matter what they do they get blamed in the long run! I worked part time until my children were at senior school, then I worked full time and we were able to afford the things they wanted, so they didn't go without. However, this was thrown in my face years later by one of my offspring, who said that I didn't spend enough quality time with them, and they hated having to go to someone else's home after school instead of their own, and all sorts of other things they didn't like about the fact that I worked. If the shoe had been on the other foot, it would have been criticism for not taking them on holidays abroad, not buying them nice clothes, expensive trainers and the latest must have devices!

Peppop - you have such great smiliey's and things where do you get them from?

Brightonbelle - Just remembered I forgot to say I did try to see your exhibition but either the place was closed or I totally missed it :( How are things going in that department ? It was nice to go to places of my past I must admit it has changed a lot since I was last there (roughly 8 years ago :rotfl:)

I heard the weather was suppose to be getting better this weekend but after seeing the forecast tonight I am not convinced.

So eldest home now from football, kicked off the second the door opened with 'I have never been skiing with the school, you never let me go to USA (£845 per child:eek:) I never get anything, been anywhere, no respect because I put on the oven last night and dad ate my dinner, asked him to calm down and talk he went off to his room, I called after him and he said ' shut up you are boring me' OH wants to keep away from him because he says he will hit him but went to his room and said how can we give you respect when you talk to your mother like that, you do get food you just have to get it yourself:D
