I should have thought of this when DS was smaller I had to cover him in greasy stuff for his eczema, I used to keep a spare set of clothes just for that, as anything I wore got covered in grease spots. An apron would have been just the thing!
Well, at least I have a rubber apron, so I'll be prepared when I become a mother. Maybe I could use it if babysitting a child and have to bath her.0 -
I answered the door to my 20-something neighbour this morning wearing my 'pinny' and a headscarf as I was in the middle of making 4 dozen mince pies. I might as well have been naked given the look of horror on his face, I'm only 29 but he seemed to think I was a bit odd!0

I bought a Nigella Lawson duck egg blue apron from TK Maxx for £4 and it is a real comfort blanket. Never cook without it now.Just when I'm about to make ends meet, somebody moves the ends0
