As fas as I'm concerned, this is factual. a) the bag was stained (I have photos) and b) she was unhelpful - she wouldn't tell me her name, and was very brusque in her replies and didn't refund me until I raised a dispute!

eBay have asked me to review it - what shall I do?

This is the only negative I have ever left.

If she is a member of 'the Legal profession' she should know that 'slander' is spoken, not written defamation.

Any further legal action so far? I'm intrigued how people can just use threats like this to get what they want, especially if their bluff can be called so quickly.
