Don't bother with a reply. You'll just fuel them more.
Save all the emails etc though. You did keep photos of the stained bag??0 -
Her legal team!!
Her next door neighbour more like.
"Ere Mavis, what should I do next? She keeps calling my bluff."
"Dunno, pretend you ave dun a court finngy"I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

It's more likely that buyers will avoid her because of her response to the feedback. I would.
I always look for factual negatives and how the seller replies to it. I'm confident and reassured that I can go ahead with the purchase when I read things like: 'a genuine mistake - full no-quibble immediate refund and an apology'. If the seller doesn't reply then I assume that they believe it to be fair comment - and that's OK, too. It always amazes me when the seller makes a rude, off-hand or threatening reply to what seems to me to be a valid comment.
The feedback system was improved to ensure that buyers could make comments without fear of retaliation or tit-for-tat feedback. The stream of emails from the seller just goes to show that buyers need to be aware of the steps Ebay can take to protect them from sellers like this.0 -

Its not the "princess" by any chance, she was quick to start threatening legal action!!
Hi
Could I ask what you mean by this. I have today had a problem with someone on ebay who has a user name with that in.
Many thanks for any advice.
