Seller threatening me with legal action for bad feedback

A few weeks ago I left a seller negative feedback when she sold me a bag that was misdescribed (badly stained) and messed me around when I asked for a refund - she denied receiving it when I sent it back, even though I had proof of delivery, and only refunded me when I raised a dispute.
Today I have the following two messages:
This is the feedback I left:
"Bag was very stained. Seller's attitude unhelpful when refund requested."
As fas as I'm concerned, this is factual. a) the bag was stained (I have photos) and b) she was unhelpful - she wouldn't tell me her name, and was very brusque in her replies and didn't refund me until I raised a dispute!
eBay have asked me to review it - what shall I do?
This is the only negative I have ever left.
Today I have the following two messages:
Very disappointed with your feedback have reported feedback as not only unfair but untruthful. You returned the bag 2 weeks later and got instant refund when I received the parcel.I trust you receive fair feedack as it is horrible when a customer goes out of their way to be spiteful in feedback.
As a member of the Legal profession I would advise you that Legal Slander can be a serious breach of any selling contract.
A very disapppointing outcome.
I issued refund when parcel sent back which was sent back 2 weeks after purchase. This is vile feedback and has effected my excellent rating change it now the bag was not very stained I bought it off ebay and was pleased with. Dishonest feedback will take to court

Thanks. I have declined the feedback revision request stating that I consider my feedback to be accurate and factual. Do you think they will remove it or leave it be?0

The standards of english in the legal world must have dropped somewhat, judging by the number of mistakes in the comments.Thankyou Sir Alex for 26 years0

It'll be left nothing wrong with that. Make sure their on your Blocked bidders if you sell from the same account (which I wouldn't advise)
i would just respond
Thankyou for your Feedback revision request I am afraid I had to refuse the request as I do not like to leave dishonest Feeedback. If you wish to take this matter further please contact my solicitor (Then make up some important sounding name)
Then ignore any further communications0 -
Just what I wanted to say- email her back with
"And if you were a member of the 'legal profession' I'm sure you would know that it is "affected" and not "effected" and the correct usage of grammar and punctuation.
I will not be removing my feedback which is legally fair and valid."
Then just delete her emails or set up a filter so that they end up straight in the trash folder. There's been a few threads in the past about this kind of thing and nothing has ever come of it.0 -
Member of the legal profession could just mean receptionist in a solicitors office - its a meaningless term! If she'd said she was a solicitor then she either is, or is breaking the law by pretending to be one!Adventure before Dementia!0

Or the Cleaner (not that there's anything wrong with cleaners, just cleaners pretending to be Solicitors)WestonDave wrote: »Member of the legal profession could just mean receptionist in a solicitors office -0 -

Yes, done that already. I do buy and sell from the same account, I'm only a minor buyer/seller (206 feedbacks since 2004).i would just respond
