Been reading through this post with intrest,i cannot beleive she won the case, ebay is a confirmed breeding ground for scamsters.
  • I phoned ebay twice yesterday, as they couldn't check the tracking online due to there being an error on the DHL system they were speaking to me as if i was lying about having tracking details (even though i had an ebay rep see the full details last week!)

I just kept repeating myself, asking for an email address to send to POP to and finally they gave me one, so i sent my email with the signature etc,and phoned ebay back again to confirm they had received it, and once the woman on the phone understood that i was the seller not the buyer, she said they would look into it but could not guarantee that i would win the appeal.

    I just got this email...

    Happy???

Surely it should say, we are sorry, or we regret, that we will not reimburse you?

Or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

That's a very strange email, it sounds like she should have put we will reimburse you, but it could just be incompetence!
