  • I know this is a long shot but could you look at items which she has purchased which were sent via signed for method? Then contact the seller of such items & see if they will give you their tracking number so you can see if the sigs are the same? Long shot but may work!!
  • I haven't got the signature yet, dhl wont give it to me because i have no contract with them. Parcel2go apparently will get it for me (3rd time ive asked) I'm really fuming now i went to respond to buyers message and sent it and it says 'you have agreed to issue a full refund!' how sneaky on ebays part? No i did not i just sent a message!! I'm going to phone ebay for advice tomorrow. will she have a button to accept refund now or do i need to do it by paypal? I can't beleive this at all!!
If google doesn't know it, how should i?

so now you have to refund?! is this 'buyer' on your blocked bidders list yet? if not, do it before you forget the last thing you want if you go to list again in a few months is her winning!

im really fed up with paypal/ebay at the money, i find selling can be stressful with some buyers expecting a 'business' level of service from private sellers. i listed a lot of stuff on their last free listing days and that me done for the next few months at least.

i really hope you get this sorted, id keep emailing/calling Parcel2go at least twice a day if they get sick of you, it might make them sort it just to get rid of you!

You need to hassle P2G for that signature, FAST. Get on the phone and keep phoning them.
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j
  • I can't find a number for parcel2go, only options seem to be live help or email them?

I had a buyer like this a while ago. She bought a voucher from me and I sent it SD but the signature wasn't showing online after a week so she obviously thought she'd chance it. She 'found' the missing item after I very politely offered to contact her nearest Police station to report that unbeknown to her, someone was signing her name for her post at her address and that this was a criminal offence.

Why not do the same as pollyskettle posted here?

I imagine if she is pulling a fast one this might get her to change her mind. If it were me, and I was telling the truth, I'd be happy to contact the police since I'd not want someone else signing for my mail.

I did say that if i was in her situation, i'd have contacted the police due to the fact someone had been at my property, signing for my parcels in my name. But she took no notice. I'll be phoning ebay myself tomorrow, and try with DHL again, if the signature appears to be legit, i may very well contact the police myself.

She sounds like a bit of a pain but she could be telling the truth, I arrived home from work one day to find a box containing a Wii on my doorstep. I checked online and lo and behold I had signed for it despite having been at work. The scariest part was that the signature was identical to mine so if the Wii had gone off the doorstep I wouldn't have had a leg to stand on as the signature was clearly mine - even though it wasn't!
