Excellent news. If the signature is available online then you should win any INR claim, although having said that, Paypal are a law unto themselves.

If she raises an Item Not Received claim, yYou will have to prove delivery via an online trackable method. You can do that. You should therefore win easily.0

The only slightly worrying thing would be if item was over £150 as in that case paypal require a copy of the signature to be available online. So OP needs to keep on at the courier to upload a copy of the sig just in case paypal won't accept a faxed copy.
If it is under £150 then merely tracking to the address online is good enough for paypal. However as paypal appear to be doing some very odd things at the moment, I would keep an eye on the situation and be ready to phone them and explain things in very simple terms.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The buyer is opening a dispute, she says -
'I'll have to open a dispute because nobody was at home at the said time. If DHL did have it signed for then it wasn't by anyone who lived at my address. Hence not my responsibility. They should have 'carded' me to pick it up. I should not be held responsible for your courier.
Thanks for your help'
I'm still startled as to why it has been signed for?! Like i said aswell i did contact parcel2go who said DHL will forward me a copy of the POD in my email so i'm eagerly waiting for that to arrive. Can anyone please advise how i'm supposed to respond to the buyer? I still think she is only doing this because i would not allow collection and told her that i had had problems in the past with people picking things up.
Seriously, I don't know how you business sellers cope. I'm a private seller who has just sold 20 items due to a clear out, and i've got this problem buyer and another buyer who has not paid yet after 7 days- and i've a dispute open for that too!
ETA - Item was only £30 inc p&p but it would be a huge loss to me at the moment to lose out on this.If google doesn't know it, how should i?0 -

It could be that the buyer IS telling the truth.
Keep the buyer onside by explaining that DHL are emailing across the signature. Ask if the buyer wouldn't mind emailing you a scanned copy of their driving licence showing their signature (but with numbers etc blocked out). Explain that this will help DHL in the event of a dispute.
Then wait and see what happens.
In the meantime, chase up DHL yourself. Do not rely on your agent to do this.0 -
I think you've just been unlucky i've not had selling problems in 100s of items. You will win the paypal Dispute as long as DHL show online proof of delivery which thet do.niknaknoo1982 wrote: »T

I would keep onto DHL and P2G. Just respnd to the seller that you have proof of delivery but are investigating it.
I hope you've opened a dispute against your non payer0 -
I've shown the buyer the online tracking, told her i am getting POD from DHL aswell, (this was last night) but i still got that message from her this morning.
I have just contacted DHL directly through their website and asked for POD too, even though an agent on Parcel2go live chat said he would get it emailed for me.
Thank you everyone for your replies. I think this will be the last thing i sell on ebay for a while, i have more stuff i was planning to sell that i'm going to drop off at the charity shop this afternoon. If google doesn't know it, how should i?0 -
Ebay are ridicolous or should I say Paypal I wish there was a way to not use them but still sell on Ebay

Just let the dispute run you will win. Don't let one buyer put you off, You have done all the right things and are covered by paypal.niknaknoo1982 wrote: »I've shown the buyer the online tracking, told her i am getting POD from DHL aswell, (this was last night) but i still got that message from her this morning.
