My invoice appeared overnight in my inbox . The £5.00 credit is not showing. I h phoned CS who offered to credit my account with £5.00 I declined, have now been told Accounts will send £5.00 to my credit card. I'm very unimpressed its a service I could have used but not now. My order wasn't correct, arrived sometime after 10 am and left in sunlight despite my asking for it to be left in porch.

Ok, looks like I've been really stupid and set up a recurring payment with Milk and More. The bank cannot help me, how do I go about cancelling this please? T&C on Milk and More mention nothing about cancelling.

    Thanks in advance,

Our 'free breakfast' was delivered yesterday without a hitch - all safely wrapped in carrier in some shade so no problems there. Perhaps this aspect varies between depots/milkmen.

Unfortunately there is still no sign of the £5 discount/rebate/credit (call it what you will).

I am forming the conclusion that whilst Milk&More are fine for a regular delivery of milk I do not have any confidence in their billing and support mechanisms to take it much beyond that - perhaps Milk&NoMore would be more apt!

The unnecessarily convoluted voucher/discount methodology leads to confusion and, evidently, failure in some cases. Accepting that things can and do go wrong on occasion it would be nice if there were additional support mechanisms available - perhaps being able to send them an e-mail or telephone them on a geographic phone number. If I've got a problem with something they have or have or not done I do not consider it acceptable to have to pay for the privilege of calling their 0845 number to sort it out, particularly if they are sharing the revenue from the call and profiting from any waiting on-hold that it sounds like might be involved.

On the basis of my own personal experience and reading that of others I won't be recommending them. It's a shame there's little, if any, competition in this area - indeed it'd be nice to simply set up a good old-fashioned round with the milkman, paying with cash/cheque every so often!

Fabulous service, delivery on time and invoice received this morning shows discount.

I am awaiting invoice on a second account set up for my son at Uni, will post when it is received to state whether that account has the discount showing. His delivery was correct and on time too. So no complaints at all from me, it is a great service.

Still havent received an email with my invoice so i'll wait until monday to call them. Its a generous offer but i do hope they dont go bust as most people seem to be ordering once and thats it.
I ordered £7 worth of stuff and will deffo use the service again on a regular basis as long as they sort out the promotional code thing.

If you used direct debit, you can cancel this with your bank. If you set up a recurring card payment, this can't be cancelled with your bank.
