Having spent another 20 mins on the phone to Milk and More and them saying again someone will come back to you, which they didn't, I've had enough and reported it to my credit card company, they will dispute the overcharging with Milk and More, and have taken the £14.99 off my credit card bill, so hopefully the matter will get resolved and I can just pay them the £5 that I owe.

Yeah theyre trying to bill me too, scamming !!!!!s, think I used a credit card thats been cancelled tho so theyll have a tough time billing me, specially as they left my bacon out to go green and delivered it on a day they stated they didnt deliver on. As for customer service, if you cant email them then they have no customer service.

I agree. Ordered a pint of milk at 8:45pm yesterday, was on my doorstep at 5am this morning. Can't really get much better than that. A shame their marketing/customer service departments aren't as efficient.

MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com
:hello:
• Today noticed that they have put the account as overdue despite having spoken to them and them having said that they would deduct the £5. I had cancelled the direct debit to make sure I didn't get overcharged. Useless company, will now never use them again.

When I'd had enough, I rang them and said that I wanted to close my account, as they would then have to refund me what they owed me, but then someone finally did get back to me and arranged a refund that very day, plus an additional credit of £5 for the inconvenience to be placed on my account to use whenever I want. Ok, it was a bit of hassle, but I think they've compensated me for the aggro & I will now use them whenever I don't get to the shop in time on a Sunday, or when I've just got back from holiday etc. I think it's a brilliant service in situations like that.
I don't think I can hang on til Friday...

Just realised I didn't actually get anywhere chasing this up. Glad to see that a couple of people are getting their money back. Off to do mine now with hopefully some results!

Milk & More are an awful company. I ordered for a pre-holiday delivery with a delivery for the day after we returned... nothing arrived. Then after complaining they called and we re-ordered... nothing. Wrote and told them to forget it... gave them one more chance... failed again!

They do not know their r's from their elbow's and I certainly do not want them taking money from my account and ballsing that up!

I have to say in their defense that we absolutely adore Milk&More, they've been nothing but good to us.

If they don't have something I've ordered in stock they give you something else, usually two of something else you have ordered then or before, last time we got two jars of expensive marmalade instead of one and some juice, this time we got a £2.30 oat cereal instead of a 99p chocolate offer.

I'm really sorry to hear other people have had problems with them, but to us this company have been unbelievably good, my husband refers to them as the last old fashionably reliable company we've encountered. They are convenient and on time - here before I leave at 5:50am, they bill once a month (so I can order when I am poor and pay on payday), they stock everything from milk to dog food to compost - costs a little bit more but the dog doesn't care. The one time I called customer services they were extremely helpful and added a £5 credit to my account right away.

I know a lot of people, judging by the thread, have been unhappy, but we're not and I don't want everyone to be too put off from trying them. I'm not coming back to look at this thread, I happened here by chance while looking for sports Direct discount codes (got lost) but I couldn't let it go without adding my ha'penny.

Peace.
