Has anybody successfully placed an order recently & had the £5 deducted without any problems? I'm housebound & could do with ordering a few bits & pieces (don't want to place another Asda order & pay delivery charges), but I don't have a phone, so wouldn't be able to phone up should there be any problems.

It's a shame they don't have an email address.

    Thanks

ETA: Just placed an order for delivery tomorrow. It said promotion code applied, but my account is showing £4.67. Fingers crossed that I'm not charged anything on the 20th when the invoice comes in.

I have just been charged full amount!!! As this offer was mentioned in the newsletter would it not make sense for someone official to sort this from MSE with ONE phone call rather than hundreds of personal phonecalls!!!

I can honestly say I wish I'd never signed up to get the free deal for my elderly dad and continued to get his milk for a while now.

Not only did they charge me on two seperate dates (for the same amount) despite cancelling they still continue to bloody deliver no matter how many times you tell them!

I set up my direct debit and placed an order on 17th March. It arrived on 18th March (in 2 halves - the order was mixed up and the milkman brought the missing items a few hours later! V. apologetic though...)
My invoice page has the full amount of £4.33 showing as Unpaid, and I did not recieve an email to tell me that the invoice was up and ready. I wonder when they will take the money?
The MSE code has not been applied either. I suppose I will just wait until April 20th and see what happens?

I have now had my invoice email, but the £5 discount has not been applied. I can't phone them because it is a bank holiday, so I will probably find that the full amount will be deducted...

EDIT: I have just called customer services and was told that because I used the free pint of milk offer the code cannot be applied. I told him that was a misleading offer and he has requested a £5 credit from the accounts team. Whether or not I hear from them, we'll have to wait and see, but it looks like I will be charged the full amount.
I suggested that maybe I could be charged for the full amount for the pint of milk, to allow the £5 to be deducted - that way I would still save more money. Their response will determine whether or not I am likely to use them again. Good customer service goes a looooong way!

I'm in the same position & nowhere did it mention that the "free" milk offer removed your right to a voucher code.

Let's see if they can get a direct debit payment from me?

It's 11.20am & I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered

Has anybody received their orders this late in the day?

ETA: Order turned up. Lucky I fetched it in when I did, as a couple of kids were just on their way in the gate to nick the stuff (which wasn't in a carrier bag or anything).

Have just ordered the free pint of milk for delivery on Tuesday

I have been charged the full price, despite taking up the free milk offer, and it didn't make it clear you couldn't use both.

I did get refunded 99p though for the colas which were out of stock.

Oh dear, they really have made a mess of this haven't they.

I've just called as I received an e-mail to say the £5 discount had been applied to the account but my invoice is still for the full amount. The lady told me that they had had a number of problems but she would get this amount credited to the account assuming I was planning on ordering again. I then explained that my most recent order for a veg box hadn't arrived or if it had arrived it had been stolen so I was unlikely to bother again. She assured me she would get this credited to my account as well and she hoped they could keep me as a customer. Assuming I get these amounts credited I will give them another try but it is bad especially with all of you saying they wouldn't credit you the £5 because you took up the free milk offer. I certainly never saw any mention of this offer making the code void. I did get the free milk and then I received the e-mail telling me my discount had been applied.

Lets hope they get it all sorted and quickly.

    Hello MSE!

I may have a new record here with Milk and More:

    20/03/2010 - £10.56
1st order wrong! and it took them until after 10.30am to get me my 1st order!

    21/03/2010 - £4.99
    Credit for the cool bag!

    27/03/2010 - £9.62
Used my MSE £5 but nothing turned up!

    30/03/2010 -£5.58
Credit as a sorry for not sending out my delivery!

    06/04/2010 -£5.28
Yep its a credit!! this was to say sorry for not replying to my email!

So its been left by Milk and More going to try and deliver on the 7th April and I quote what they said "We have added this credit in the hope your delivery turns up!"

Can anyone do better than this for credits!! I must be on for a MSE star with this :rotfl:

Will keep you posted on what happens when get up on the 7th!!!

    Cheers

Wondering how you managed to email them since there isn't an email address?
