Milk&More free £5 food offer - Your feedback

The biggest issue is that you did not put the T&C's in the original post, the most important of which was:
- Please check that you only used one discount code on the order. The MSE code could not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
Even the Milk&More representative did not mention the above when providing the guidelines.
As there were no T&C's I relied on the Milk&More system to reject or accept the codes when entering them for the Coolbag, free pint of milk and £5 off. The majority of websites that use discount codes would automatically accept/reject the codes at time of entry if they were not valid, yet Milk&More appeared to accept them all, I have a screenshot of the coolbag and milk discount applied before order. So at the time I had no reason to think they would not be valid.
Therefore we now appear to have a situation where people have been charged in full for the above items, only the free pint of milk was deducted from my invoice, so I have queried this with Milk&More and am waiting a response.
Your delayed response does not really help people who ordered before you put up the T&C's, which should have been there from the very start.

I placed an order on the 17th of March but still haven't received my orders. The online invoice lists my items but says unpaid and undelivered but I set up the direct debt and used the MSE promo code for 5quid off. Not good at all.0

I used the MSE code and the code for the free milk sample- but I didn't get EITHER!! :-(0

Everything worked great for me
Ordered goods worth £5.03 and then got the free pint of 1% fat milk in the same month.
Got bill through for 3p :j
The best bit was paypal putting 9p in my account as it was verifying my bank so this paid the tiny amount lol!!!Total Debts: £1,500
Total Cashback Received: £3,965.21:beer:0 -
Hi folks,
Thanks for the feedback on this.
As for the use of multiple codes - that is often the cause of problems - I must admit we werent aware there were other codes out there (barring for the same £5 deal from some papers) initially. However ultimately using multiple codes is often a problem unless stated.
As noted dairy crest has promised it will sort this out - and at the moment I have no reason to doubt that. Yet bouncing all over it doesn't help.
On Monday we will get in touch again about some of the specifics above - yet I have no reason to doubt that it'll be sorted (though it may be a hassle for some).
However please do be patient - there is no magic 'fix it' button here - and its worth noting we've only had a very small number of negative feedback compared to the size of the people who got this.

Now I can provide some positive feed back.
No money has been taken from my bank account (they were due to take £5.83 on the 20th) and Milk & More have now applied a £5.00 credit to my account, so as I understand it from Diary Crest's response, only 83p will be deducted from my bank account on the 20th April.
Thanks Martin & Co. for sorting this out - that was the hardest £5.00 promotional I ever had to work for

The money has just been taken out of my account for the FULL amount of my first order- £6.26!0

I got the free pint of milk, and the rest of my order came to £4.99. I received an email saying that the £5 voucher had been accepted, yet today I have been charged £4.99; it has gone from my bank account. Looking on here it is obviously a scam. They wanted people to take up the free pint of milk offer so they didn't have to deduct the £5 voucher to make money. I won't be using them again0

I have been charged the full amount and my invoice has mysteriously disappeared from my account...0
