Ha, success.
I just called Tmobile and asked to speak to their complaints department. The operater asked what was up. I told him I had been charged for a call to Lyca Mobile. I also told him that i was aware of the running feud between Tmob and Lyca. I told them that for all i knew i was calling a mobile in the Uk.
It worked and they have now credited my account.
Hope this helps other people out there!!!0 -
OK I've been charged again. Will call them Tuesday...
Think it's time to report them to whatever regulator it is or the OFT. No doubt by "resolving" the particular customer issue they are hoping it will never get in front of a regulator. Their deals are to any network - but they are wrongly billing customers and they know it. I'm sure many people don't notice. Those that do - well it seems they have no problem refunding back but can never give a proper explanation.0 -
Everyone affected by this needs to report it to the regulator for action to be taken.0

Noticed on My T-Mobile that I had a charge for calls to an 07404 number and I too was under the impression that all UK mobiles were included in my 1200 minute cross network minute plan. I was advised that this would be refunded, I then checked last months bill and found that I had £3.60 ex VAT for calling similar numbers. These have now all been refunded but I have been told that if I call them again I will be charged and they won't refund me again. I think it is a liberty on T-Mobiles part not to disclose that they can charge for any number they like without telling customers. I wonder how many people just don't notice or are on PAYG and don't see a Bill to argue about...0

Juts want to let you know only 07 numbers that are allocated to one of the five UK GSM cellular networks are included in your monthly allowances (3, 02, Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile).
The numbers above are used by companies such as Truphone and Lyca Mobile and aren't allocated to UK mobile networks, so calls to these numbers are charged outside allowances.0 -
Hiya,,
Almost 10% friends on my contacts are using lycamobile 074,am i suppose to stop calling them or leave t-mobile or force them to use other network, why not other networks not charging to call such numbers and only T-Mobile?
Is this against T&Cs ?0
