Your Florida Air nofrills / charter hope to launch flights from Glasgow & Stanstead from June 2005 to Orlando (probably Sanford) with return flights from £256 inc tax. Booking is not yet available as they are waiting on ATOL licence etc, but might be worth checking out.0

charlotte3 wrote:Just thought of something else...... try this company, they are very competitive and I have heard some good reviews although I have never flown with them. You could get flights for under £300!

Although they fly to Sanford airport Orlando not Orlando international, the savings could well make it worth while!
We've been to Florida several times with Travel City and always found them very good , no complaints at all , can't say the same about Airtours though :mad:Same old same old since 20080 -
Owning a property in Florida we have been many times and always book our flights when they are published over the internet. This is by far the best way to do it but you need to shop around as prices vary for the same seats. I can fully recommend US Airways - we were very impressed and thought them better than Virgin who are over rated in my opinion. We always travel indirect to get the best prices as we would rather spend the money on the holiday than the flight. Allow yourselves a minimum of 2 hours between flights as this will allow you to clear customs at your first airport - then when you arrive at Orlando you can walk past the crowds waiting to do their customs clearance straight to the front of the queue for your hire car. Don't forget that you have three airports to choose from - Orlando International, Sanford and Tampa International. Our preference is for Tampa as it is less like a cattle market and has easy access to Orlando area via the I4. As regards Travel City I have not heard a good word about them from many fellow owners. Flying out this Friday via Chicago with American Airlines so will have a view on them next week. If you have booked your accommodation privately I would expect the villa owner to give you some assistance in securing your flights for the right price - after all if you can't get the flights you won't want the accommodation!Middlers0

Found this in another forum....a very good price for the kids tickets.
£45 for a 4 park ticket, or £56 for the 5 park one.
The tickets expire (ie must be first used by) 31/12/2005.

The other forum was along the lines of "has anyone used this company for tickets", and the responses were favourable.0 -
At the moment American Airlines are offering a discount of 15% to Morgan Stanley® MasterCard Cardholders on all return flights to over 200 destinations.
To book call American Airlines on 0845 7789 789 quoting MCARDG for your 15% discount. Lines open Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm.Sexkitten
Good things come to those who wait......... but the best will be taken by those who got there first

Copied the following from Orlando Guide Forum a villa owner had posted the reply, although it did relate to MCO (Orlando International Airport). It's a good forum if you're looking for any other info. Hope that helps
"We use PCC transportation the phone number is 407 935 001 or 407 738 1582. E-Mail address is pcctransportation@hotmail.com. can be booked in advance,we have e-mailed or called them before we have left the UK and given them our flight details, they usually meet you at the bagage claim carousel.
If arriving at airport late and you and did not want collect car upon arrival they will pick you up from airport on day of arrival and the following morning arrange to pick you up and take you to car rental company to pick up your car.
My guests have used them quite often, we have found them okay and on time."0 -
Is there a cheaper way of getting to International drive from Sanford airport for 2 adults and 3 children ?
Last year our alternative was £125 transfer charge with the airline. or £120 coach transfers (Return) or rip off taxi`s which worked out dearer.
Any help would be very welcome.
ThanksNamed after my cat, picture coming shortly0 -
