the concealer is mentioned on my invoice, the one I got for C7, it says it is not going to be stocked, and the other one will be offered in it's place.

I had 2 of these on order. The way I read it was that they were not able to supply these at all - probably hit the brochure before the product was properly sorted.

They did send 2 complimentary nail varnishes as a freebie - unusual for avon. Said they would send an alternative in may and it would be cheaper. I'll wait and see what happens.

which are the best lipsticks: pro - to- go or ultra rich?
Each to their own.... I think that Pro-to-go's are 'lighter' i.e. not as solid in colour. Would tend to use PTG during the day and UR at night - if that makes sense.

thanks aureol, might be on mine expecting C7 monday, need to be up early catch driver,he is a cheeky monkey, last time he said don`t normally expect you been in  am always in he just dumps and runs before I can get door unlocked
Think my main peeve is the orders are new customers I have tried getting for awhile and not my reg[they would be fine] just looks bad oh well will offer discount or something on next order:)

Might be worth you ringing the carrier? Don't you normally sign for your delivery? Am in a 2nd floor flat and my deliveries tend to come approx. 8am (last time I was still in bed!) but the driver always brings all my boxes up both flights of stairs. What happens if you have some returns?

As for your new customers, just blame Avon and mention that the product has been sooooo popular they haven't coped. Promise to deliver asap and/or keep them informed and hopefully they'll be OK. As/when you get any freebies in your treasure chest then just spoil them a little. I was asked recently by a customer why I'd put an extra product (nail varnish) in their order - did do a note saying it was a little 'thank you' for their past custom but she admitted she only read half the note....! Doh!

Talking of 'unusual for Avon', I was charged for a product recently (Planet Spa Hot Oil Treatment) but sent another one (Balm). Normally they would say on the invoice that they'd substituted the product but there was no such mention. When I looked at HT I 'sussed' that the balm is a new product. As I told my customer, the new product is more expensive (and about 4 times the size of the old one) so presumably better value but wonder if there's a bit of an admin prob at the mo?

Anyone else struggling this campaign we have only got £130 and all books are in, we usually clear at least £200 every campaign , maybe the bank holiday has had an effect on orders

Could be wrong but I think every campaign has its problems..... The knack is to find 1-2 new customers every campaign, who have been 'deprived' of Avon! ;) Strangely enough this week I've had a letter from Avon asking me to call on a customer, who's enquired via the website for an agent to call on them (I've been delivering Betterware to that address for the last few months - my stamp says 'For Avon & Betterware...' but it's Mum who likes Betterware and the daughter, who's interested in Avon!) On the other hand, have had my first message "I'd love an Avon book" after dropping a Betterware catalogue..... Result! :T Why don't neighbours talk to each other? I've been delivering Avon goodies next door for the last four months.....

Is 'solutions plus' the same as 'avon solutions' range? I'm hoping its just a name change, anyone know? I'm fairly new to avon, customer showed me an old jar, said 'avon solutions, ageless results, eye renewing cream' is this item 3 of page 102 camp 6? Name very similar, and jar label was same colours. Thanks in advance.
Please pm reply as i'm on a mobile and its hard to find replies with a long thread, sorry. Julie.

Yes it's basically the same stuff just improved slightly and repackaged , I've
got some of the old solutions eye gel and it looks the same as the new radiance one so would think it would be the same across all the ranges.

Not onto C8 yet so don't know.

Well managed to get hold of my "awol" rep and thankfully she's just missing another campaign - except avon contacted her to find out, she told them and they didn't bother telling me!!! So obviously my rep was confused as to why I was still contacting her when she'd already told someone from avon.

And surprise surprise the 18 1/2 year old I signed up last week, should have been having a T2 with her today - but not heard anything back so guessing she's changed her mind and is too chicken to tell me.
