Mummyof2girls wrote: »Hi all,
Firstly just wanted to say a huge thankyou to all of you. I signed up as a rep in May & found this forum just after & since then have "popped in" every day to read your posts!! Bit of a wuss when it comes to posting hence it has taken me 4 wks to do so!
I had my second order delivered today & it is thanks to you all that I have a few cheap / free bits from creative ordering & I also percevered with dropping books at territory as I now understand it can take time, I haven't had huge orders but enough to hit HOV.
Look forward to catching up each day on here & maybe bring brave enough to post on here again!!
THANKS to you all again.
Nadine
Well done, Nadine; it's a big step to do your first post - the more you do, the easier it gets.
No need to feel wary of posting on here though; we're a great, friendly bunch. Like you and a lot of others, am really glad I found it; it's been invaluable to me.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

ellibee the sacthel bag is def sold out (has been for months so dont know why its in sale brochure - same with big storm bag in C12 sale book already sold out!)
HOWEVER what ive done is ordered the "Betsy" across body bag out of HT13 page 28 for my customer as an alternative. its similar in size and style and gonna be cheaper so could offer to customer as an "exclusive" alternative as not in brochure yet and at the lower price of £6. Might help keep customer sweet and keep some your sales/commission.
I have one of those satchel bags spare if you want it, I bought a few from the first sale booklet or was it an online exclusive.. I can't rememberPaula0 -
I'm so P'd off. i was burgled on Sunday night. They took Avon money I had collected that night and by handbag full of stuff. I had my bottle of Outspoken and make up bag full of my favorite stuff. I'm so skint now and so sad. I had to pay for my last order out of mostly my own money and couldn't pay on time without my cards. To top it off, my order won't come on friday, so I'm letting my customers down, It's so not fair. :-((
Really sorry to hear of your demise; hopefully, you're insured?
Sure your customers will understand about the delay if you explain.
Good luck getting it all resolved asap.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Well done mc - if the asm was any good then you wouldn't have to do that, so it's fine you're just helping someone to show books to her neighboursAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Thanks, lozza, I can be a 'bit of a rebel' at times so good to know am not straying too far away from the norm!
Rightly or wrongly, last week I emailed my DSM saying I'll recruit out of my area in future (although Sod's Law I spoke to someone yesterday, who wants to sign up and she's in my area - can hardly turn her down though, eh? )
Meeting my ASM for the first time tomorrow..... Wish me luck!Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I've done the same myself mc, about my own asm and another one lol - means the dsm knows the asms are hindering us, which of course doesn't help Avon.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
