You have done amazingly well. Just wait until your order comes on Monday next week! It's like Xmas, you get to see everything. do keep a copy of your brochure to hand as I find it helps to identify everything my customers have ordered that you cant instantly spot from their order form.:T wealth is a state of mind :T0 -

I did this when all my brochures were out-I went onto the A~von "customer" website and identified them in the b rochure! No good if its a past brochure of course but if its current and you have none at home then its useful.
Cllected 22 books tonight and only 2 orders BUT one was for £22 and the other for £30 so I'm very pleased. Spoke to my SL today-she phoned me to see how Im doing-decided I really don't need 3 visits as Ive done it before. I told her what a fab lot you all are! I did praise her too of course! As Im doing ok I want an extra territory-I intend doing the legwork in the summer and Im then sorted for the winter-she is going to try to get me another one! Now up to £197.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0 -
Lucyclare - that sucks having so many things missing! Unforunately you'll probably never know who ended up with them, as mailplans cove several areas and loads of reps so it could end up being someone miles away, or of course someone with an additinal order from a completely different mailplan.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Just looked at my invoice & still unavailable in both sizes. One pair I've now been waiting 2 campaigns. Anyone have any update on them? Should I hassle Avon to post them to me?

I got my order today for camp 10 and now I am not sure what to do. A customer has ordered the Fergie EDP, body spray and lotion, but the lotion wasn’t in the box. I noticed that, when I was checking through that everything was in the computer, before I sent my order, that the lotion wasn’t on the list. Therefore I retyped the lotion and saved it, before ordering. Now I can’t even see it on the invoice so I am guessing somehow it wasn’t ordered! Who do I need to contact to get it sorted ASAP? I hope it will still be free as part of the offer as I am certain that I put it in, (twice) so it must have been an error on their system.:(M May11 55886.810

According to my invoice (I never rely on it, preferring to wait until the order actually arrives) the 6/7's I ordered are included but not the 4/5's, which I've also been waiting 2 campaigns for now but even worse a lady ordered them at full price and I suggested she wait until the next campaign when they were cheaper. Said I'd hold onto them so she was guaranteed them either way. Unfortunately, I then let another customer have them at the cheaper price (thinking I could send back and get credit for the more expensive pair when my next order arrived..... ) So I've not only been waiting so long but have been invoiced @ £18 and sold a pair for £10 How dumb am I? (I must stop trying to be helpful!! :rotfl:)Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Ring Customer Services/Helpline asap; be adamant and hopefully they'll post the additional item onto you. The no. for reps 0845 345 8444
If they suggest you request an Immediate Replacement online (as they may do) explain that it's missing from your invoice too but you're adamant you ordered it.

lucyclare - everything was fine with my deliveries until I hit my 6 month anniversary ... then 9 items missing with one order, and 3 missing with the next!
I think they have two packing machines and they lull you into a false sense of security and then swap you onto the duff one!!0 -
I've sent some stuff back in May but one of the items is still showing and will be recharged on 7th July. I've rung customer services this morning and am getting no sense out of them - they just keep saying there are no recharges on my account, I say yes I know its not recharged yet but I want it taking off because I've returned it, and we're going round in circles
I've got the barcode number, should I just wait for it to be recharged and then ring them? The recharge will be before my next order is due so there should be time to get it sorted before I submit the order.0
