Don't worry - I usually find my credits aren't added to my account until I've swapped onto the next campaign - just pay your balance minus the amount you will be credited with....then when you swop onto the next campaign your credits will be added and your balance will be clear. I always do it this way and never had any problems.

Pay the lower amount and the credit will then be deducted (sometimes takes 24 hours for your payment/credit to show) and this should leave your account at £0 xx

Do any sales leaders on here have reps that order by post? I've drawn up a little guide for postal ordering, as I have a second appointment with a lady tomorrow who is going to be ordering by post, and just wanted to double check I'd got everything right! I've just worked through the instructions on the order forms and made notes - does it sound ok???

On the brown envelope complete the campaign you are ordering from, your mail plan, and your area.
On the front of the order form, complete all required information, including your area and account number. Remember to order brochures for 2 campaigns ahead – the large box at the bottom of the page –and they are ordered in packs of 5, so if you wanted 20 brochures, write 4 in the box. (4 x 5 = 20)
Then write in your orders on the relevant pages, check the quantities on the order forms and write as neatly as you can in the boxes. Do not write French Sevens as the computer cannot scan them, write them as 7. If you have more orders than there is space for, use some of the Current Campaign Continuation Sheets, and again complete all information required at the top of the page.
Remember to order some more order forms, you can get 2 packs for free each campaign. Order some paper bags, medium is usually a good size to start off with.

Most importantly – ensure you post your order in plenty of time for it to be received by AVON by the deadline date. Postal orders need to be sent in at least 2 days before the deadline date, to allow time for them to reach AVON. If there are Bank Holidays then allow extra time.
In your delivery you will receive paper order forms, but the codes for ordering extra is in the Hello Tomorrow Magazine.
If you get stuck with anything – don’t hesitate to contact me, that’s what I’m here for!

I've put space at the top of the page for me to write their account number, mail plan and area number on so they have a record to.

    Excellent post, thanks!

It seems I have one.... only just found out today! Been struggling with a newbie and had given up on her. Got a text today though saying she's only just posted her order yesterday (was due last Wednesday) and 'would it be OK?' Tried emailing Avon but was a bit of a prob so rang them instead. Was told it was OK and just meant delivery would be 'up to 7 days late'. Time will tell......

Thanks MC - just had to hope for the best when writing it as never done postal ordering before! If you want a copy I've put it in the document library on flissys, its the full copy with sorting the delivery, and doing returns and stuff as well.

Never done a party myself before - but could be a nice idea to make up a little "party bag" with a brochure in, order forms, a few samples and business cards for everyone to take away with them - I know most people will probably order on the night if they want anything, but if they take a brochure away to then might lead to more sales as they might show people who couldn't make it to the party (their mum / sister/ anyone they live with).

Thanks for that post. I did a party last Tuesday and the delivery comes tomorrow. I have seen the hostess today and she is busy chasing up the monies. I will be putting a thank you slip in with the order and a reminder about the next party but now I will be putting in a business card and i always try to put in some samples as a matter of course. My party was on the day before ordering, as is my next party. But I do think that it is a good idea.

Well i had a text from a rep today saying she hadnt paid for her last delivery (order due in tomo) but she had to pay at the post office as shes declared herself bankrupt so has no cards to pay over the phone with etc....was this ok?

Ive NEVER in my life paid anything at the post office but she said it takes 5 days to clear. is this right? Its her second campaign, I said the worst that could happen would be that they held the order till it was paid and deliver a few days late. I believe thats true...could someone please clarify whether i made it up or not lol
