    Hi All,

Just had to give myself a stern talking to! Couldn't find the energy to go out but told myself that these books aren't going to earn me anything sitting in the corner!! So just back in from delivering them. Lets hope I get some orders when I collect them!

Sometimes its hard to get the motivation - but I'm sure once you get some orders you'll be glad you bothered :)

Ooooh yes, good luck with the party Gloversgirl!

Well today has been a great day for Avon for me. First my Mum went into her hairdressers in town to book an appointment, and her hairdresser said she liked Mum's necklace. Anyway Mum said it was an Avon one and did she want to see the brochure? Hairdresser bit Mum's hand off because she used to get Avon from one of the girls who worked there but left. She said the girls in the salon would all order, and they'd mention it to customers too! Big gold star for my Mum (and a freebie methinks) :D

Secondly whilst out delivering orders one of my new customers from territory got chatting to me - she was a rep herself and has only just left. She was really helpful and gave me all the names and addresses of her customers (one who she said spends at least £80 each campaign), and also a huge box of samples. Hurrah :j

So all in all got lots of new customers without actually doing anything myself! Why can't every day be like today? :)

Wow what a day missey! I give my mum a book and she takes it to one of her old dears she cleans for, comes back with an order every campaign. Although mum thinks she is buying for her grand daughter!!!

How do I return a mis-pick? I ordered a ring, Avon delivered some earrings. I can't see a code that seems to cover this. Help, please.

Just checked and no there isn't a code for that - best bet is to email avon using the contact us bit at the bottom of the website when you are logged in and explain the product that should have been sent (including the code), and then the product you were actually sent.

To be honest though - might be easiest to put through a "replacement" and say that the item never turned up (use code 54) and request an immediate replacement - and just keep the item that was sent in error. Though of course you didn't hear me suggest that ;)
